Good things here

The apartment complex boasts ample open space, a rarity in many urban settings. With three large parks and two open badminton courts, there are abundant opportunities for recreation and sports activities. The maintenance of these parks is top-notch, ensuring cleanliness and a pleasant environment for residents. Moreover, the recreational facilities extend to include a swing area, a walled tennis court, and space for skating, catering to the diverse interests of residents, especially children. Notably, the playroom for younger kids and the cushioned flooring in all swing areas enhance the safety and enjoyment of playtime.

Things need improvement

The apartment complex has a few problems that need fixing. Firstly, the electrical fittings are not very good and cause issues often. Secondly, although there are many parks around, older people tend to hang out there, which stops kids from playing freely. Thirdly, it's hard to rely on public transport here, so it's better if you have your own car. Lastly, some roads nearby have been broken for a while, but no one has fixed them yet, which makes it hard to get around.

Good things here

It's a well-maintained society with cleanliness, excellent security, and no water issues; there's a continuous supply of water 24/7.

Things need improvement

The only drawback is that there are lots of street dogs near the society, and they bark throughout the night.

Good things here

The best part is that all the society members come together to celebrate all the festivals. Those interested in sports have access to a turf for playing cricket and football.

Things need improvement

In phase 1, there are a few supporters of stray dogs. However, in Vasai-Virar, there is an issue with power outages that might be frustrating.
