Transportation connectivity is good of the society with metro and other public transport options easily available.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is poor with no proper lighting in the society premises. There is always darkness and potholes on the streets at 75 sector. Inconvenience and danger due to stray dogs. Construction quality is average with seepage/leakage issues.

Good things here
I lived 2years in the society, Metro was near to travel, Gym, Clubhouse were maintained well, Building was cleaned daily, CCTV, lifts are maintained, Seelan bht ati thi wood ka bht kaam krvana pdhta tha, Roads were clean, markets were nearby. I just just beacuse of my office. Enviroment was friendly.
Things need improvement
Auto was near the mall only not near the society, Seepage problem was there and also we have to do wooden work because of that seepage problem.

Transportation connectivity is good with the nearby availability of the metro.All amenities are present in the society and are well-maintained. Festivals are celebrated collectively, fostering a sense of community. A shopping mall is nearby, offering easy access to shopping and entertainment options.
Things need improvement
Maintenance has deteriorated over time, with issues such as cleanliness downgrading and problems with water supply emerging. Seepage issues on walls and the presence of cockroaches and stray dogs within the society pose health and safety concerns

Good things here
The society had good connectivity to transportation. The painting in the society was also done on time, and the water supply was reliable. The amenities were all good there. The neighbors were very nice, and we used to celebrate festivals together. The owners were always involved in resolving issues.

Maintenance team thodi bekar hai.electricity me problem karte hai.electricity theek krne me time lgate hai.power back me bhi problem tha waha.summer me electricity bahot jati thi back-up fail hojata tha unka generator achi quality ka nahi tha.parking aur society me water logging hojata tha during rainy season.seepage ki thodi thodi problem rehti thi society me.

Good things here
I have shifted from Noida to Bnaglore now. during my stay , i can say the presence of CCTV cameras added to the sense of security within the premises. The quality of the building itself was commendable, reflecting good construction standards.
Things need improvement
One challenge I encountered was the mobile network issue inside the society.

Good things here
Malls, playgrounds, clubhouse, gym and swimming pool are present and properly maintained inside the society. Cabs and auto facilities are available. Cctv cameras are installed in the premises, so there is no problem regarding the safety and security of the individual living there.
Things need improvement
Residents are happy with their society. The present condition of the society is really phenomenal.

Social life of the society is very happening because all the functions and events are celebrated among the neighbours and a bond of understanding is there. Buses and auto stands are available at walking distance.

Seepage was very common in the society especially in the bathroom area. The condition become worse during rainy season.

Good things here
Connectivity is great. Maintainence and cleanliness is top notch. No issue of water logging or seepage. Swimming pools, gyms and other anemities are available. People are cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
The residents of the society are not facing any problem. The society is ggod as per them and they see no drawback in it.

One of the best location to live in Noida, Fully registered society, 3 sides open green area with Cricket and Other Sports Club View, Mivan Technology, Medium density apartments (only 4 flats with 2 lifts per floor, Total Floor = G + 17, Total No. of Towers = 8), Managed by AoA, No vehicular movement at Ground level - Security for kids & elders), 100% covered parking, Multi point electricity connection etc. are few positives.

Panchsheel Pratishtha is a good society with good surroundings. It has a clean environment as well.
