The society boasts a sky park at level 33, offering a stunning view of North Bangalore and providing an excellent space for family time. The construction quality is superior compared to many other buildings nearby. However, a potential downside could be the large number of families residing in Bhartiya City, which may lead to overcrowding in the future. Nevertheless, the value of Bhartiya City is expected to appreciate further, given the upcoming offices in the vicinity. Additionally, numerous new projects are nearing completion in and around the area, further contributing to its growth potential.
The area is densely populated, with a significant number of flats concentrated within a small space. Nikoo 1 houses over 2000 families, while Nikoo 2 accommodates more than 3000 families. Additionally, Nikoo 4 hosts approximately 1200 families. This high density of residents raises concerns about potential overcrowding and strains on resources and amenities in the vicinity.

In this society, the security measures are robust, ensuring that outsiders are not allowed entry. Additionally, the area boasts schools, hospitals, parks, and various other important facilities, minimizing any inconvenience. Luxurious amenities such as lobby gardens and skywalks further enhance the appeal of the society. In my opinion, I highly recommend living in this society as it offers comfort and convenience without any major issues.
The rent in this society is exorbitant, making it difficult for common people to afford living here for more than a week. Additionally, there seems to be inadequate information about the swimming pool. While the metro facility is available, the cost of food is also notably high.

The climate is pleasant, with lush green parks and a soothing atmosphere. The natural beauty of the surroundings adds to the charm. The BMTC bus transportation is good, but there's room for improvement.
Traffic jams are a common occurrence due to ongoing construction, resulting in increased pollution and dust. The road conditions are also poor, exacerbating the situation. Improvement in road infrastructure is necessary to alleviate traffic congestion and ensure smoother transportation.

The construction of the society has been meticulously planned, considering the everyday necessities of its residents. It boasts a gym, clubhouse, coffee shop, supermarket, salon, and even a fast food center, offering everything one could ask for. These amenities have been particularly helpful during the lockdown, allowing residents to avoid crowded areas outside. Security is tight, with strangers requiring approval from residents before entry, and there's reliable 24-hour power backup. The flats are designed to maximize natural light during the day, enhancing the living experience. Additionally, the upcoming multiplex and hotel nearby add to the convenience and leisure options for residents.
At times, the management can be unresponsive and lacks basic sense in certain situations. Additionally, the society imposes unnecessary hidden charges, including hefty fees for moving in and out. Electricity charges tend to be higher than normal, and occasionally, the DG charges can also be steep. Public transport connectivity remains subpar, necessitating the use of personal vehicles for commuting to and from the area.

It's a lovely place to live, offering peace away from the hustle and bustle. If you appreciate green surroundings, it's perfect. Schools are conveniently located nearby for quick access.
It's a bit isolated from nearby towns, lacking big markets and shops. The saloons are not up to par and can be messy.

This society stands out as one of the best in North Bangalore. The build quality is excellent, creating a peaceful and soothing ambiance. All daily necessities are conveniently available within the society, and connectivity to various locations is reliable. It's particularly ideal for individuals working at Manyata Tech Park. Moreover, the society welcomes everyone, whether they are bachelors or families.
From my perspective, there are no significant issues. However, one thing worth noting is the lack of metro connectivity, which may result in longer wait times for cabs.

This place is super tidy, roomy, and kept in great shape. The construction is top-notch, and the customer service is quick and friendly. Plus, it's pet-friendly and feels really secure. The amenities are seriously impressive, and it's conveniently close to the airport. Lots of space and greenery too.
The maintenance fees are a bit steep, and getting to the city center can be tough since public transport options are limited. Plus, some handy app-based services like Dunno and Rapid aren't around here. And yeah, the basement parking spots aren't exactly the most comfy either.

Our top priority is the green and lush parks, perfect for our kids who love to play outdoors. The reliable lift service is another highlight, always fast and well-maintained. We appreciate the cleanliness of the gym and the security of the spacious parking area. The society's well-connected roads make it easy to travel to nearby areas. Plus, having local grocery shops like Lulu nearby adds to the convenience of getting essential products.
The main road of Thanisandra is somewhat damaged, which can be quite irritating when traveling at night. However, all other roads leading to Nike Homes are in perfect condition, except for the Thanisandra main road. Additionally, there is an issue with the network signal not working properly on the 14th floor of the 8th tower. Other than these issues, everything else about the society is good.

This gated society is loaded with every amenity you can imagine right on the premises. Security is tight around the clock with guards and CCTV coverage. The place is impeccably maintained and surrounded by plenty of greenery. The community hall is massive, offering a wide range of indoor and outdoor sports including lawn tennis and squash courts. And if you're into movies or shows, there's even a mini theater. Parking is never an issue, with ample space for both residents and visitors. Plus, there's a shopping complex on-site, along with hotels, restaurants, and other conveniences nearby. With hospitals and schools in the vicinity, everything you need is right at your doorstep. And rest assured, the construction quality is top-notch, prioritizing safety at every step.
The only downside is that the society is a bit on the outskirts of Bengaluru, but being closer to the airport is definitely a plus. However, because it's on the outskirts, public transport options are practically nonexistent, and finding cabs can be a challenge. So, you'll mostly rely on private vehicles to get around. The maintenance costs are a bit higher due to the abundance of amenities, and unfortunately, there's no metro available at the moment.

The construction of the society has been meticulously planned, considering the everyday needs of its residents. With a gym, clubhouse, coffee shop, supermarket, salon, and fast food center, it truly has everything one could ask for. These amenities were especially valuable during the lockdown, providing a safe haven from crowded public places. Access is restricted to approved visitors only, ensuring security and peace of mind for residents. Plus, with 24-hour power backup, residents never have to worry about outages. The flats are designed to let in ample natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere during the day. And with a multiplex and hotel set to open nearby, the convenience factor only continues to grow.

Public transport connectivity remains inadequate, so owning a vehicle is practically a must for residents.
