Good things here

This society stands out as one of the best in terms of infrastructure quality, amenities, strategic location, and connectivity. Situated close to major IT parks and key areas like ORR, Koramangala, Marathahalli, and Domlur, it offers convenience for professionals. Despite its urban accessibility, it maintains a lush green, peaceful, and serene environment. Additionally, plans for amenities such as ATM, Family Mart, and a pharmacy store further enhance the convenience and comfort of residents.

Things need improvement

Before, I mentioned a problem with the lack of stores nearby. But now, thanks to the efforts of our society, many new stores have opened up. Additionally, we have plans for an ATM, daily store mart, and pharmacy, which will make things even more convenient for everyone living here.

Good things here

The environment is positive, and there are amenities available for people of all ages, including a gym for seniors to stay active. The addition of a new departmental store adds convenience for residents, making it easier to access daily necessities.

Things need improvement

During heavy rain, there are occasional issues with waterlogging in the area. Additionally, the mobile network coverage is not reliable, especially in basement areas, requiring residents to rely on Wi-Fi for communication, which can be inconvenient and irritating.

Good things here

It's a beautiful and peaceful place, surrounded by lush greenery everywhere you look. There's a lovely walking park and a well-equipped playing area for children to enjoy. The gym is spacious and well-designed, providing ample space for workouts.

Lot of green & open space

Things need improvement

It's concerning that despite several attempts, the community in this society seems difficult to reach. The lack of communication between residents can make it challenging to address issues or foster a sense of community.

Good things here

Living in SRS is great because it's very close to the bypass road, making it easy to catch public transport. Plus, there are plenty of shops nearby, so you can easily find everything you need for your home. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable place to live.

Public transport accessible

Things need improvement

One downside of SRS is the lack of a maintained clubhouse. Additionally, there is a problem with residents parking their vehicles anywhere within the society, which can lead to congestion and inconvenience.

Good things here

The society is incredibly peaceful and tidy, with gardens scattered throughout, providing a soothing atmosphere. Being a low-rise project with low density, it offers a luxurious ambiance. The clubhouse and overall society are meticulously maintained, ensuring a high standard of living. Additionally, having a supermarket within the society is highly convenient, allowing residents to fulfill their grocery needs effortlessly, with the added convenience of home delivery.

Large clubhouse & spacious gym

Things need improvement

The only notable issues were some bumps on the adjoining road and a previous water contamination problem, but both have been resolved satisfactorily.

Prestige Kew Gardens is ridden with problems at many levels - from construction to management to the psychology of the residents. If you drill a hole in the wall, you will have chunks of the wall and powder immediately falling, revealing the poor quality material having been used. Numerous complaints about seepage and electrical malfunctioning due to the seepage are unattended even after frustrated residents logging them everywhere. The association is a deaf ear to it all. Poor and often absent water supply and stinking toilets is a common daily feature here, with residents being used to the two. The swimming pool is more often than not, dirty, unmaintained and unusable. Air conditioners at the gym are dysfunctional since more than a year - the residents having given up on complaints to the association. But the over-the-roof maintenance - you have to pay it well in advance of even the period in which it shall be hopefully put to use, otherwise you will be paying a hefty daily fine. So, if you're a resident, first you suffer the poor and dismal quality of life but then you also suffer premature fines for the missing services! However, once you start living here, you will realise that the residents themselves are better for living in a sterile disengaged environment, happy to be poisoning and ridding the campus of harmless creatures such as cats and kittens. If you try to feed cats, you shall be immediately threated with a 'spot fine' which shall be added to your maintenance in MyGate (you won't need to worry about producing cash, at least). So, if you'd like to live in an environment which feels dehumanising every day and your safety is threated by your own neighbours, you are very welcome to pay through your nose and live at Prestige kew Gardens.

I chose this appartment for myself. I am a bachelor and this is going to be the best place of my life. The connectivity to the local schools, colleges, markets, malls, cinema halls its too good.

Construction quality is too good. The cellular tower is good which covers the entire area and gives strong signals which is beneficial for those who doing work from home. Anyways there are lots of modern facilities that you get here.
