Good things here
There are easily accessible schools near to the locality. Good restaurants are also present nearby. The people in this locality are very good and the society is well maintained without any power cuts or water issues faced here.
Things need improvement
In some areas I have experienced seepage issues in this locality. These are noticed by the people during rainy season. so this should be renovated and fixed.

Good things here
The festivals and cultural holidays are celebrated by all people in the locality. The locality is safe for kids and family and there are easily accessible schools restaurants and market areas. The society is well maintained and the fellow people living in this society are very good and their behaviour is also good.

Some amount of seepage issues are faced in this locality in some houses during rainy season which should be fixed.

The price of each flat is quite high in comparison to the space and facilities provided. Also, the location is quite interior. The bus stand is far away. Also, the construction work is going on at a brisk pace.

The developer has made sure that all the fixtures in the room are modern and spacious enough to design the interior. Hospitals, schools, recreation areas, and others are nearby. Monsoon water harvesting is also temporary, hope they will work on it.
