Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory with no traffic issue. Autos and cabs are available 24/7. The area is surrounded by markets and malls. Schools and hospitals are also within reach. Maintenance is fine with proper power back up facility. Water supply and garbage collection is also regular. There is a basement parking lot. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Balconies are provided. CCTVs and guards are present. Amenities like gym swimming pool and 2 clubhouses are available. The atmosphere is quite safe for females. Residents are decent.
Things need improvement
The road quality nearby is very poor and must be improved. The main road connectivity should also be improved.

Connectivity bohot achha tha bus, metro, train sab easily available tha , malls, hospital , college bhi society ke pas tha .

Construction quality bohot kharap hai , seepage or leakage ka issues tha . swimming pool nhi tha society me .

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good with availability of transport options nearby. Maintenance quality was also good. Construction quality of buildings was fine with no seepage and termite issues. There was no water supply or logging issues. Amenities like gym, tennis court, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The neighborhood was decent and friendly.
Things need improvement
Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, they found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However they noted that The quality of plaster and fittings in the building construction was not up to mark. CCTV were not installed in the elevators.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is good as i use a lot of cab and public transport and i have not faced any issues till date.
Things need improvement
I am obsessed with the seepage problem in the building. and maintenance staff aa toh jata hai time par par kisi bhi problem ka proper solution provide ni karta. none of the amenities in the society are operational bne hue toh bohot tym hogya par operational hi ni hai koi bhi amenity.

Good things here
Autos, buses, and cabs are easy to find near the society. Daily essential shops and the market area are nearby. Maintenance was never a problem in the society, and cleanliness was excellent. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were all well-maintained. People were supportive and celebrated festivals together. The best thing I like is talking to people and walking around the premises.

I've never faced any problems in the society, and there's nothing I want to change about it.

Good things here
The neighborhood is friendly and they like to celebrate the events together, there is pool in the society. Public transportation is easily available.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charge is very high, even the labor or plumber charges extra money to get the job done. The revertbacks on the issue of the residents are very slow. Swimming pool has unhygienic water.

Neighbours are great. Connectivity is awesome. The society is very well maintained. Cleanliness is proper.

Mobile network connectivity is very poor for the poeple living at higher floors of the society. Sometimes Internet connection is also disturbed.

Getting in and out of society is easy only if you travel by personal vehicle or use cab, public transport is not that easily available. maintenance of the society is good as proper cleanliness are maintained and proper supply of water and electricity is there in the society. all amenities are available in the society and the part i love is that we have an open gym in the society. we have proper courts for the sports activities like basketball, badminton, tennis, etc.
Things need improvement
Public transport is not easily available. busses ki service toh hai ni and metro is also far from the society. there are issues related to seepage and water leakage inside the houses. CCTV cameras are not installed in the full society sirif ground floor par hai CCTV but uske alava the security of the society is up to the mark.

Maintenance is fine, Main road two roads are there 500km we get Auto, Cabs ajati h araam se society m, No Drainage problem, No garbage and Electricity issue is there. Painting is done timely, Gym, Clubhouse Swimming pool and kids play area is available. I dont know much about residents living here because i don't interact much but i can say festivals are celebrated here together.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not good; the walls are not strong. Plaster falls every time we try to nail something to the wall. The walls are unstable. Seepage problem is there, Also there is Water logging issue in front of society.

The lack of a metro station is inconvenient for those who rely on public transportation. Seepage issues reported in some flats raise concerns about construction quality. While amenities are available, their functionality and overall quality can be improved
