Guards stationed at the main gate, phase gate, and tower entrance ensure that only authorized vehicles, identified by car parking stickers, gain entry. Furthermore, residents are empowered to control guest access, adding an extra layer of security. The club facilities are equally impressive, offering residents a space to nurture their physical and mental well-being. From a state-of-the-art gymnasium to a serene library, and a versatile banquet hall, the club caters to diverse interests and needs. Moreover, the comfortable waiting area provides residents with a peaceful retreat to relax, unwind, and catch up on current affairs by perusing newspapers.

Residents have expressed disappointment over the long-standing closure of the swimming pool, which has been inaccessible since the possession of the property. Moreover, the community has grappled with recurring water and electricity issues, causing inconvenience to residents. Adding to the concerns, the road within the society abruptly terminates, leading directly to a nearby farm, posing potential safety hazards. This open access not only compromises security but also invites stray animals, such as dogs and cats, into the vicinity, raising further concerns among residents about safety and hygiene.

Living in this society for over a year has been enjoyable overall, despite its average location. The community is welcoming, and there are plenty of popular food brands such as Pizza Hut, KFC, and Barbeque Nation nearby. However, the roads could use some improvement to enhance the overall experience.

The roads in the area leave much to be desired, and transportation options are quite average, with limited availability of cabs and autos. Overall, the experience is okay, but there is room for improvement in terms of transportation infrastructure.

Orris has done an excellent job in developing this society, ensuring it meets all essential daily life requirements. Residents benefit from amenities such as a general store, reliable power backup, ample water supply, and a pet-friendly environment. Overall, it's a well-equipped and comfortable place to live.

While the lift operates round the clock, it's a bit slow. During the rainy season, the roads often flood, making it difficult to pass through Gate No. 1. Residents typically have to use Gate No. 2 for both entrance and exit during such times.

The atmosphere in this society is conducive to a comfortable living experience. With multiple CCTV cameras installed around the premises, especially at the entrances of each tower, security is well-monitored. There are ample playgrounds for children to enjoy, and the walking pathways are well-maintained, promoting a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the placement of speed breakers and limiters at appropriate locations ensures safety for residents

Things need improvement

While the society offers many amenities, there's a notable absence of large grounds suitable for sports like football and cricket. Additionally, the main entrance is currently under construction due to flooding issues, which can cause inconvenience to residents.

The society offers a positive living experience. Residents are friendly and foster a sense of community by celebrating festivals together. The temple is well-maintained, adding to the spiritual atmosphere of the society.

Things need improvement

He temple, though a community effort, may not suit everyone's preferences being located within the society. While having grocery shops within the society is convenient, it might limit options and competition. Maintenance is considered acceptable, but perhaps not exceptional. Additionally, having a school with access from both inside and outside the society might lead to increased traffic and congestion. Although there are several small parks throughout, the absence of a large park could be seen as a limitation for recreational activities.

Good things here

Cabs and autos are available nearby. Markets and schools are also available nearby. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are available. The residents are friendly and cooperative.

Maintenance quality near the society is very poor with water supply issues, bad road quality, not a functional clubhouse.

Good things here

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in some key parts like main gate lifts of the society. Security guards are available.

Metro is not available in the society. CCTV cameras are not installed in some parts of the society like ground level, basement area. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. The maintainance of the society is not upto the mark which is done by RWA. The maintainance charges are very high according to the services provided. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society but they are not functional, it's on papers but amenities don't work properly. People staying in the society are not that friendly and cooperative in the society.

Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, library, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.

Things need improvement

Parking area is very conjested, for which less parking issues are faced in the society. Major electricity issues are faced in the society. The common area electricity bills are accomodated in the residential part, it is added with personal electricity bill which has to be paid. The society has prepaid meter for electricity, if the balance comes down to zero they will cut the power immediately. They don't understand the situation even if you are not in the society or you've been outside, they just cut the lights. Till the deposite has been made they will not provide electricity. Water supply issues are faced sometimes in the society, water is always not available as water is available by tankers. There is no swimmingpool in the society.
