The roads in the society are in good condition, and the drainage system works well to prevent waterlogging during the rainy season.

Good things here

Tulip Lemon, constructed by Tulip company, boasts of good building quality. Being a Huda affordable society, it offers relatively lower rents compared to other private societies. One of its advantages is the availability of grocery shops nearby, along with easy access to malls and bars on Sohna Road due to its proximity.

Things need improvement

One major drawback of the society is that it only allows two-wheeler parking and does not provide card parking facilities.

Wonderful place with plenty of greenery and tight security measures in place. It's equipped with useful amenities like parks, a basketball court, and shops for daily needs, making life convenient for residents. While it's well-connected to public transport and fosters a sense of community with shared celebrations and positive vibes from children playing, some may miss having a swimming pool for relaxation and fun. Overall, it's a great place to live, but that missing amenity might leave some wondering why it wasn't included.

The community faces challenges with high maintenance costs due to inadequate service from the RWA management. Additionally, occasional power grid failures add to the inconvenience. Restrictions on parking for four-wheelers within the society compound can be limiting for residents. However, the most notable drawback seems to be the absence of a swimming pool, which may disappoint those seeking such amenities for leisure and recreation.

Good things here

I've been living in Tulip Lemon Society for a year now, and as a bachelor, it's an ideal match for me. The society members don't interfere, the place is always clean, and you can easily go for walks whenever you want

Good things here

The society is small , with excellent maintenance. The workers are friendly, and the facilities, including the office and parking system, are top-notch. The environment is well-kept, clean, and surrounded by greenery.

There are some drawbacks to consider, such as the absence of a swimming pool, only one park available, no car parking within the society, poor road conditions outside, a lack of proper drainage, and small balconies.

Love being close to the local market, mall, and all the amenities. NH8 and Badshahpur market are right nearby.

Cleaning and maintenance need improvement, and there's a seepage issue in the flat. Basement cleanliness could be better.

It's in a developing area with all essential facilities nearby, such as pharmacies, vegetable and fruit markets, shopping malls, restaurants, and fitness centers. The commute services are easily accessible, making life convenient. The environment is clean, and the society is friendly, safe, and secure. The cleanliness and maintenance are well taken care of, and the staff is very supportive. It's an ideal place for both families and bachelors due to its positive atmosphere and convenient amenities.

Things need improvement

Dealing with the crowd outside the society can be a bit overwhelming at times. Some apps don't deliver here, but there are alternative options available. The lack of a gym, pool, and indoor games within the society is a downside; you have to go around 500 meters for these facilities. Additionally, there's no designated parking space for four-wheelers.
