Good things here
The on-road location offers good connectivity, which is a positive aspect. However, the maintenance charges seem to be unreasonably high and inconsistent, leading to disparity in bills among residents. There also appears to be favoritism toward the society secretary and their acquaintances, who seem to enjoy benefits of non-payment. Additionally, it's worth noting that some government officers from the Power Grid are involved in managing the society.
Things need improvement
As mentioned earlier, the maintenance charges are quite high, and there seems to be mismanagement or even exploitation of the maintenance fund. It might be more appropriate for the responsibility of managing these funds to remain with the builder rather than being handed over to the current management.

Good things here
I absolutely love this society! The guards are incredibly polite and helpful, and the maintenance staff is quick to address any issues. The clubhouse is amazing, equipped with a fantastic gym and a badminton court. There's even a dedicated play area for kids. Plus, all essential utility shops are conveniently located on the campus, including grocery stores, electrical shops, salons, and dry cleaners. The nearby Paras Trinity shopping complex offers a wide range of amenities, from honey money top to stationary shops, bakeries, and restaurants. It truly has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.
Things need improvement
I'm facing a few challenges with the society. Firstly, the entry and exit points have been modified by the maintenance teams, causing traffic flow issues. Secondly, during power outages, the generator takes about a minute to start, which can be inconvenient. Thirdly, there are noticeable cracks in some walls and the tiles in the washrooms and bedrooms don't look very appealing. Additionally, during the rainy season, the society roads and common areas become quite dirty. Overall, these issues are disappointing for me.

Good things here
Having lived here for a year, I've noticed some drawbacks such as subpar construction quality and fluctuating switches and boards. However, the society offers spacious parks, a swimming pool, and a club with amenities like badminton courts, a gym, and restaurants. Despite the negatives, the abundance of kids to play with and the overall atmosphere make it a great place to live. If you're considering it, I'd say go for it.

This affordable society provides all basic amenities, including a large green area, basketball court, badminton court, and proximity to nearby shops, schools, and hospitals.

The society lacks amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. Additionally, the locality is perceived as unsafe during late hours, and the room sizes are comparatively smaller than those in other societies.

Good things here
Having resided in this society for two years now, I can attest to the wonderful amenities it offers for kids, including a fantastic playing area and various kids' zones. The badminton court, pool table, table tennis, and swimming pool are all top-notch. Additionally, there's a gym available. Overall, I must admit that I'm thoroughly impressed with everything about this society, especially its design.

Markets ,malls ,supermarket, saloon all are there . people are very good in the society. power backup avialable.

If you go to metro you have to go atleast 5km away and for railway you have to go 15 km atleast.

Good things here
The place is great – top-notch infrastructure and tight security make it feel safe and comfortable. The entire campus is under surveillance, which is reassuring. Living here is fantastic, with theaters, malls, and supermarkets nearby. Plus, there are good hospitals close to the apartment. Overall, it's a wonderful spot to call home.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the security personnel can be a bit challenging; their procedures for vendors and visitors cause unnecessary delays. Moreover, getting approval to enter the campus is not a smooth process. Additionally, accessing public transport requires a bit of a walk.

There are ample open spaces for walking and other activities. The well-designed spaces between buildings provide a comfortable environment for individuals.

Certain areas experience waterlogging during prolonged rainfall, causing water accumulation for 2-3 days.

The society is like a self-contained world with shops and cafés. The maintenance is exceptional, and it's pet-friendly. The abundance of trees adds to its appeal, and the kids' swimming pool is a highlight.
Things need improvement
Public transport is unavailable, making it challenging to find autos and cabs. The area becomes dark at night, potentially causing concerns about safety while walking around.
