Cabs consistently experience significant delays in this society, causing inconvenience for residents. The persistent tardiness of cab services has become a notable issue affecting timely transportation within the community.

Cabs in this society not only take an extended amount of time to arrive but also frequently exceed the expected waiting duration, causing residents to face additional delays and inconvenience.

Good things here
The society offers spacious living areas and maintains amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, and gyms in excellent condition. Having power backup and a reliable water facility adds to the convenience of living in the society. Moreover, having friendly and cooperative residents fosters a positive community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Having markets and grocery shops located 20 kilometers away from the society can indeed be inconvenient for residents, as it requires traveling a significant distance for daily necessities. Similarly, having the railway station situated at the same distance can pose challenges for commuting and transportation needs.

Good things here
Society's maintenance used to poor intially but now it has improved and it's been good since the last year. No issues with water leekage or seepage, there is no damage to the bulding structures, parking is ok, doesn't get flooded, everything related to construction quality is ok. The apartments are good though and the RWA is doing a good job, they are managing the society well and managing the funds well, they are taking care and running basic things like groceries, vegetable store and maintenance well. The locality is right next to the biggest resevoir in Chennai, so it helps in preventing flooding in the society. There is no problem with the power supply.
Things need improvement
My parents live there, I have moved out. Don't have school going kids in the house so not sure if schools are close to the society. the hospital is about 6 kms away, cabs and private vehicles are the only options, there are not may public transport options, not many buses comme to the society autos need to be booked through ola or uber, no independent autos run in the vicinity of the society, delivery services are fine, just transport is not easily available. Amenities are not there, club house never got built, there is no swimming pool or gym, these facilities were put in the brochure but they never got built because the management went broke and they had a pending case on them so they didn't finish anything. But the fancy stuff like the fountain, swimming pool, clubhouse, none of it is there and they are left mid construction. The builders have not done a good job. Biggest dislikes are the builders as the facilities they promised never delivered them

Ola Ober's arrival is consistently delayed in this society, and there are recurring power backup issues. Residents are facing inconvenience due to the late arrivals and the ongoing problems with electricity supply.
