Good things here
The infrastructure and facilities provided are truly world-class. With amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and 24/7 water supply, residents enjoy a high standard of living. Additionally, its proximity to important areas such as IT centers and hospitals adds to its appeal.
Things need improvement
A major concern is the presence of street dogs, which have become a part of the Marina now. Additionally, there are issues with poor management that need to be addressed.

Good things here
The buildings are not only beautiful but also sturdy, offering excellent ventilation. There's greenery everywhere, along with a spacious garden and numerous rides for children to enjoy. Additionally, there's a gym available, and the society is pet-friendly. Conveniently located shops are situated inside and near the society. With reliable power backup facilities and no seepage issues, it's a comfortable and well-equipped living environment.
Things need improvement
Although there's no swimming pool and parking space is somewhat limited, the maintenance charges are slightly higher. Public transport options are not readily available, and traffic jams can occur during peak times. Additionally, the station is a bit far from the society.

The society boasts cleanliness, abundant trees, and well-maintained gardens for both kids and adults to enjoy. It's hygienic, quiet, and peaceful, with a fantastic clubhouse and ample parking space, even for visitors. The residents are friendly, creating a harmless and welcoming environment for all.

Despite being green, clean, and friendly, one major issue is the condition of the road outside the society, known as the back road in Jankalyan Nagar, Malad West. The road is notoriously bad, to the extent that driving on a steep mountain would be preferable. Unfortunately, it seems that the BMC has not taken any action to address this issue.

The surrounding roads are spacious and well-maintained, with ample parking available, adding to the convenience of living here.

Despite its positives, Marina Enclave has some drawbacks. Being off the main road, it may not offer easy access to amenities. The surrounding area can be quiet at night, but the presence of people drinking and smoking outside the building can be a concern. Maintenance of the building's exterior leaves much to be desired, and there's a lack of nearby shops and hospitals. Additionally, the outside area may appear dull and dusty.

The amenities such as clubhouses, gardens, swimming pools, and parking areas enhance the living experience. The interior work is impressive, and the architecture is simply mind-boggling. The sea view adds a touch of magic, reminiscent of a hill station. Public transport is easily accessible, and the presence of a health club is an added bonus for residents.

Despite the society's amazing amenities, there are several concerns. The proximity to the airport results in a lot of noise disturbance. Additionally, being located far from the main road can be inconvenient. The presence of numerous stray dogs poses a safety risk, especially for children. Moreover, the abundance of mosquitoes and the haunted lane at night further add to the discomfort. The presence of people drinking and smoking also contributes to the feeling of unease, making it unsafe for women, particularly at night.

The facilities provided in our society are commendable. It's well-maintained and clean, creating a pleasant environment for residents. The availability of cabs and autos is good, ensuring convenience for commuting. I haven't encountered any issues while traveling to my office.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that the management committee of our society is perceived as irresponsible and rude. Delays in every task can be frustrating for residents. Additionally, the lack of adequate parks for children to play is a concern, with only one park available and not well-maintained. Moreover, the absence of nearby shops for daily necessities adds to the inconvenience for residents.

Good things here
Living in Marina Enclave has been an amazing experience for me over the past year. The best part is the breathtaking balcony view and the abundance of amenities available here. With shops conveniently located nearby, everything is within easy reach. Additionally, the friendly atmosphere created by the people here adds to the overall charm of the place.
Things need improvement
My only concern about this building is the high maintenance costs, and occasionally, there's a lot of traffic congestion near the building. Apart from these issues, everything else is amazing.

Good things here
The society is well-maintained, and I particularly appreciate the rule of separating dry and wet waste. The pool and walking area with refreshing air circulation are truly awesome, providing a delightful experience for residents.
Things need improvement
One drawback is the restriction on shifting after 7 pm. Additionally, there's a small bridge that can feel unsafe to walk through, especially at night due to darkness and the presence of people drinking or smoking nearby for no apparent reason. However, despite these concerns, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Residents were very friendly and cooperative; celebration of all festivals and all modern amenities are the plus point of the society. no leakage or seepage issue in the building.
Things need improvement
People used to find it difficult to get any local transport near to the society. there are more than 100+ street does near to the society which makes living difficult of the residents, dogs can harm old age people or Childrens.
