This place boasts a large and clean swimming pool, along with a well-maintained garden and clubhouse. The clubhouse offers a variety of indoor games and includes a gym as well

Occasionally, the lift gets stuck between floors. Additionally, it can be challenging to find an auto-rickshaw, and shops are located quite far away, with only a few nearby stores

This building is perfect for families, offering numerous facilities such as a clubhouse, playground, gym, and swimming pool
Things need improvement
The downside of this building is that many amenities in the clubhouse are broken, including the carrom board.

Good things here
The society is well-maintained and fully ventilated, with such fresh air circulation that you don't even need air conditioning. It's clean and safe, making it a comfortable place to live, even for single women.
Things need improvement
The only drawback I've found is the lack of public transport connectivity. You either have to book an Ola or walk out to find an auto since it's not directly connected to the main road

The society has issues with some residents behaving poorly, including smoking addiction. The lift is unreliable, and there's no convenient public transport. Additionally, the area is heavily polluted

Good things here
The society enjoys good connectivity as it is close to the Metro Station. It is a large community with lush green areas, offering ample space for games, including a tennis court and basketball court. Additionally, there is a temple on the premises. The security guards are present around the clock, and deliveries from services like Twiggy and Pharmacy are available.
Things need improvement
The downside is that sometimes delivery personnel are not allowed inside, and there is ongoing construction nearby, causing noise disturbances.

Good things here
The parking plot in the society is kept very clean. The people in the society are friendly and respectful. Shops are conveniently located nearby, and the garden is exceptionally beautiful
Things need improvement
The swimming pool in the society is unmaintained. There's no metro nearby, and it's difficult to find an autorickshaw. The lifts in the society are of poor quality and unsafe. Additionally, there's no gym in the society or nearby.

It's a good place to live with ongoing area upgrades. The construction of the metro is in progress, and there's easy access to groceries, medical facilities, hospitals, malls, etc. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the presence of a clubhouse, quality construction, and a great play area contribute to its appeal.
Things need improvement
There are no significant drawbacks. The nearest railway station is Thane, and people can use buses or autos to reach there, taking approximately 20 to 30 minutes from Thane station.

The people in the society are friendly and cooperative. The management is good, and the club facilities are both excellent and reasonably priced for renters.

The society restricts entry for outsiders, ensuring security with 24/7 CCTV surveillance. There are no power cuts, and the location is conveniently close to shopping malls, a police station, and a supermarket.
Things need improvement
The swimming pool for kids is not well-maintained, and there are issues with its upkeep. The maintenance staff neglects the cleaning of the parking area, and there are reported water-related problems in the society.

It's a decent place with a good locality. Markets and grocery shops are within walking distance. Transportation is readily available with easily accessible taxis, nearby metro, and railway stations. The area enjoys 24/7 water availability, and there are no power cut issues. The environment is calm, green, and free from pollution. Overall, it's a good place to live with no major issues.
Things need improvement
There are limited school options nearby. Occasionally, traffic jams may occur due to crowds, causing slight delays. Parks require better maintenance and cleanliness. However, there are no major issues otherwise.
