All the modern amenities were there in the society and Tenant were allowed to use every amenities without paying extra charges.
Overall my living experience in that society was very good and i dont have any complain regarding anything in the society.

Both monorail and Sewri railway stations are nearby, catering to residents' transportation needs. Residents generally speak Marathi, Hindi, and English. The building offers stunning views from one side and is located in Parel, Mumbai 400012. Roads are in excellent condition, and there are only 2-3 BHK flats available. Hospitality services and emergency facilities are provided, with thorough security checks for entry. Additionally, the building's elevated location ensures no issues during the rainy season.

The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and buses nearby. Market and malls were also available. The maintenance quality of the society was satisfactory with proper services provided and cleanliness. All issues were resolved in one call. Elevators were maintained properly. The construction quality was fine with ventilation all around. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available in the society. People were very cooperative and friendly. Overall experience has been rated as 5/5
There were rat problems in the building for some time. Bachelor's were not allotted flats in the society.

Residents generally maintain high living standards, and there's a sports club in the vicinity. The highway is just a 5-minute drive away, and the lifts are efficient. Emergency facilities are well-maintained, and Marathi is the preferred language in the surrounding area.

The society is well equipped with proper ventilation and sunlight. The resident used their own vehicle and do not use the public transport. The road quality is perfectly fine and no pit holes are available. Traffic is moderate. CCTVs and lifts are present and maintained really well. Funtioning pool and garden area is present.
There is a network issue which is very common in the society especilaay in the top floors of the building. Airtel functions but Jio is not working properly in that area.

Nearby the society, there are various chawls and slum areas, which can slightly hinder our experience negatively.

Crescent Bay is a vast building located in the Parel area, visible from Dadar and Cotton Green railway stations. The staff is attentive and cooperative. The building offers amenities such as a kids' garden, tennis ground, personal gym, swimming pool, and more. There's also a four-floor parking lot with a vehicle lift. Additionally, the view from the building is beautiful and clean.
The locality is not satisfactory, with disruptive shops and inadequate cleanliness.

The main issue in Parel is the frequent traffic jams, causing significant congestion. Additionally, the maintenance charges in this area are quite high, although relatively reasonable if you can afford an apartment in the building. Public transport accessibility is limited, with the nearest bus stop located around 500 meters away and the station quite far. However, taxis are readily available. The society is considered high-profile, leading to a preference for privacy among its residents.
