Good things here
It's definitely deserving of a five-star rating for family residents. The flats are well-equipped and highly enjoyable. I particularly appreciate the spacious parking area, which is monitored by CCTV for added security.
Things need improvement
I'm disappointed with the distance from the city area and the airport. Additionally, the security system seems outdated, and there are issues with the water supply.

Positive aspects include proximity to the market area, a calm environment with minimal traffic issues, ample common areas for walking and jogging, availability of airport bus facility, and a neat and safe living environment.
Things need improvement
Negative aspects include nearby narrow and poorly maintained roads, lack of bus services for areas other than the airport, and no proximity to any metro station.

The DLF apartment comprises approximately 30 floors, with each floor containing around 4 well-appointed 3 BHK flats. Residents benefit from round-the-clock water facility and reliable electricity supply. The finishing of the apartments is impeccably done, with high-quality furniture and top-notch interior and exterior design.
Things need improvement
The lift problem is a major issue in the apartment complex. Many times, the lifts don't work at all, and even when they do, they can be extremely slow and busy, resulting in significant delays in reaching desired floors.

Good things here
I've been living in this society since 2015. It's a gated community with CCTV surveillance in all blocks and two security guards in each block, along with five at the main gate. It's an excellent society for families, featuring a clinic, children's play area, good ventilation, and numerous supermarkets, restaurants, banks, ATMs, hospitals, schools, and even a college. The Royal Meenakshi Mall and other amenities are within walking distance, making it very convenient.
Things need improvement
There are no negatives to report about this society, to my knowledge. Thank you.

Good things here
The locality is amazing, with a lush green campus that is truly mind-blowing. It is well-connected through roads, metro, and the airport is just 20 minutes away, making it exceptionally convenient.
Things need improvement
There is a need for more opportunities for children within the community. Additionally, the parks could be maintained more adequately to allow people to better connect with nature and breathe fresh air.

The place is really good, offering a pleasant environment for people to live in. There are many shops nearby, along with easy access to cabs and transportation. Additionally, there are some parks nearby where residents can enjoy fresh air, and the local hotels serve the best food.
Things need improvement
There is significant traffic congestion in the evenings, which needs to be addressed to facilitate easier movement for residents and commuters traveling from work to home.
