Good things here

This affordable housing project offers 24/7 power backup, security, a community hall, club house, intercom facility, joggers track, lift, and well-maintained parks. It's considered one of the best affordable options in Gurgaon, just a short 10-15 minute drive from Hero Honda Chowk.

Things need improvement

Parking will likely be a major challenge for this society, and there's limited space for playgrounds and parks. Consider this project only if you have immediate requirements, as future affordable housing projects may include provisions for car parking.

Good things here

Living here is affordable and pleasant, with nice surroundings and fresh air. However, connectivity is a major concern, as residents must have their own vehicles for commuting.

Things need improvement

The main dislikes are the lack of connectivity and subpar flat interiors. However, considering it's an affordable housing project, there are no other significant dislikes.

Good things here

The construction quality is commendable, and the parking area surpasses those of other societies. However, management could be improved. Currently, out of 112 shops constructed in the society, around 15-17 are open, with more opening every week. All basic requirement shops are available, enhancing convenience for residents.

The management and high maintenance charges, including GST, amount to almost 4 rupees per square foot. Additionally, electricity charges are high, and water charges are separate from maintenance fees, leading to a significant monthly expense.

It's highlighted as one of the best affordable options available in Gurgaon, with a short drive of 10-15 minutes from Hero Honda Chow.

Things need improvement

Parking will be a big challenge for this society. Playground and park space is very less. Go for this project only if requirements is immediate as future affordable housing project has provision for car parking also.

Good things here

The amenities are well-maintained and cater to everyone's needs. The clubhouse is equipped with a gym, swimming pool, steam bath, badminton court, squash court, indoor games room, and a kids' room. Additionally, there are basketball, football, and tennis courts. Three parks are designated for kids. The flats are well-ventilated and equipped with proper facilities. All festivals are celebrated within the apartment, and there's a party hall available. A departmental store is conveniently present inside the apartment. Strategic placement of CCTV cameras ensures security, and fire extinguishers are available on every floor.

Things need improvement

Non Friendly People in societylike there are challenges with some residents lacking basic common sense. Children in the area can be loud, even at odd times. The roads leading to the apartment are reported to be non-existent, and the maintenance of the football ground appears to be neglected. Additionally, there are concerns about people being annoying and not minding their own business.

worst society. Maintenance cost is high but no electricity, network or transport.. shower water smells of. A total disappointment. Only park area and parking for 2 wheelers is good. A total no!! If one wishes to sleep and live in the garden area, most welcome.
