Housekeeping and security services are excellent, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents. Additionally, having Xperia Mall within the complex provides convenient access to shopping and entertainment. Moreover, amenities such as Lodha World School and playgrounds add further value to the community.
Things need improvement
Accessing public transport requires residents to walk to the main road, which can be inconvenient. The nearby square is consistently crowded, adding to the challenge. Unfortunately, there is no metro or local train connectivity in the area, further limiting transportation options for residents.

Every facility and amenity are available within the society, thanks to excellent management. Additionally, there's a bus service provided from the building's bus stop to the highway, enhancing transportation options for residents.
Things need improvement
Connectivity from Mumbai is lacking, and there are frequent traffic jams due to ongoing construction work on the highway. Additionally, the railway station is situated far away, which adds to commuting challenges for residents.

Lodha Palava City Phase 2 is an expansive complex offering comprehensive amenities within its premises. The residential multi-storey buildings are interconnected by wide roads, complemented by beautiful landscaping. The area is levelled, making it convenient for walking, and boasts a pollution-free environment with moderate ambient temperatures. Adequate security measures are in place to ensure residents' safety. The presence of a large club with various amenities and a nearby park along the riverfront enhances the recreational options. Furthermore, the complex features essential facilities such as schools, temples, hospitals, shops, markets, and multi-storey parking buildings, making it a self-contained city.
Things need improvement
Currently, there is no metro connectivity available, and the distance to Dombivli and Kalyan stations is notable. Additionally, Experia Mall is located more than 3 km away from the area.

During the rainy season, issues arise due to poor drainage systems, resulting in waterlogging. Additionally, traffic problems exacerbate the situation, causing inconvenience to residents.

It's a well-constructed and managed society with top-notch facilities. The pool area is impeccably maintained, and the cricket stadium is wonderful. Residents benefit from convenient shops within the society offering a wide range of goods. Additionally, all events are celebrated with great enthusiasm and organization.
Things need improvement
Improved connectivity is necessary in the area, as commuting can be challenging. The railway station is located far away, and there is limited bus service, particularly in the evenings, making it increasingly difficult to reach home. Having a personal vehicle is almost essential in this regard. Additionally, the club is consistently crowded, highlighting its popularity among residents.

The best part about living here is the environment, surrounded by nature and beautiful gardens, providing a refreshing atmosphere. The riverside views are particularly stunning, making Palava an ideal place for residents seeking a peaceful environment.

Improvements could be made to the bus facility, such as increasing the frequency to every 15 minutes for better convenience. Additionally, the high auto fares are a concern. During summer, there's also a notable presence of mosquitoes near the riverside, which should be addressed.

It's a gated community with a park outside each building, providing convenience and relaxation. Grocery stores are conveniently located inside the building, offering home delivery services. With full-time security, it's a safe environment for children to play outside.
Things need improvement
Inside the community, there are no textile shops available, and there is often poor network coverage. Additionally, there is no non-vegetarian shop within the community, requiring residents to go outside to purchase such items.

Well-maintained society with helpful neighbors and excellent amenities. The presence of amusement parks for children, along with 24/7 water facilities and nearby hospitals and grocery stores, adds to its appeal. Additionally, having a mall nearby without traffic congestion is convenient. The availability of a private bus for free transportation, along with gym facilities, swimming pools, and schools within the society, makes it an ideal place to live.

It's just an amazing society to live in; there's nothing to dislike. You'll simply fall in love with the society.

Lodha Palava City is a residential project by the Lodha Group in Dombivli East, Mumbai Beyond Thane. a project where you would find the best in class construction with all the amenities and facilities which are hard to find in other projects. The homes are built with complete care which can be noticed not just from inside but from outside also. Regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras, street lights, and lush greenery make this project more desirable. Shopping malls, schools, and colleges are in abundance.

It's been a great experience since the day I arrived here. The society is well-maintained and top-notch, one of the best I've ever seen.
Things need improvement
It's the best society I've ever seen, but the major issue is the lack of public transport accessibility. After getting down from the building, one often has to run around to find transportation options, which can be inconvenient.
