Currently, there is no metro connectivity available, and the distance to Dombivli and Kalyan stations is notable. Additionally, Experia Mall is located more than 3 km away from the area.

Residents benefit from convenient shops within the society offering a wide range of goods. Additionally, all events are celebrated with great enthusiasm and organization.
Improved connectivity is necessary in the area, as commuting can be challenging. The railway station is located far away, and there is limited bus service, particularly in the evenings, making it increasingly difficult to reach home. Having a personal vehicle is almost essential in this regard. Additionally, the club is consistently crowded, highlighting its popularity among residents.

The best part about living here is the environment, surrounded by nature and beautiful gardens, providing a refreshing atmosphere. The riverside views are particularly stunning, making Palava an ideal place for residents seeking a peaceful environment.
Improvements could be made to the bus facility, such as increasing the frequency to every 15 minutes for better convenience. Additionally, the high auto fares are a concern. During summer, there's also a notable presence of mosquitoes near the riverside, which should be addressed.

Inside the community, there are no textile shops available, and there is often poor network coverage. Additionally, there is no non-vegetarian shop within the community, requiring residents to go outside to purchase such items.

The presence of amusement parks for children, along with 24/7 water facilities and nearby hospitals and grocery stores, adds to its appeal. Additionally, having a mall nearby without traffic congestion is convenient. The availability of a private bus for free transportation, along with gym facilities, swimming pools, and schools within the society, makes it an ideal place to live.
It's just an amazing society to live in; there's nothing to dislike. You'll simply fall in love with the society.

Lodha Palava City is a residential project by the Lodha Group in Dombivli East, Mumbai Beyond Thane. a project where you would find the best in class construction with all the amenities and facilities which are hard to find in other projects. The homes are built with complete care which can be noticed not just from inside but from outside also. Regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras, street lights, and lush greenery make this project more desirable. Shopping malls, schools, and colleges are in abundance.

It's been a great experience since the day I arrived here. The society is well-maintained and top-notch, one of the best I've ever seen.
It's the best society I've ever seen, but the major issue is the lack of public transport accessibility. After getting down from the building, one often has to run around to find transportation options, which can be inconvenient.
