Our society boasts excellent connectivity, with the nearest metro station, Huda City Centre, just 8 kilometers away, making commuting a breeze. We take pride in our well-maintained sporting facilities, including a table tennis room, pool table, tennis court, and badminton court, ensuring residents stay active and entertained. Additionally, we offer a well-kept park for walking, a children's playground, and a robust security monitoring system for peace of mind. With approximately 1100 flats and a lush green area surrounding the 60-meter road, our society stands out from others in the locality.
During peak summer months, power cuts are unfortunately quite frequent, which can be inconvenient. The main issue reported by residents is the poor construction quality, which is a concern for everyone. Additionally, the society faces challenges with street dogs, posing a safety risk, especially for children. Another inconvenience is the lack of a grocery store within the main complex, requiring residents to venture outside the society for everyday necessities, which can be bothersome.

This society offers prime location near the Rapid Metro line, ensuring easy access to key areas like Sikandarpur Metro Station, JMD Megapolis, and Udyog Vihar. Residents enjoy amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, jogging track, and children's play area, all well-maintained. With uninterrupted power backup and top-notch security via CCTV cameras, it's an ideal living space.
During the monsoon season, the roads in this area often get clogged with drain water and flooded with rainwater, making commuting from office to home quite challenging. Public transport buses are not readily available, but private cabs and taxis can be easily booked. While there are parks within the society, they are not well-maintained, and the same goes for the parking spaces.

I must say, this society is truly excellent. The neighbors are friendly and pleasant to be around. Maintenance costs are low, and there's ample parking space available, which is a big plus. The owner is incredibly friendly and always willing to lend a hand, especially when it comes to matters concerning nature. Overall, it's a great place to live.

There's plenty of room for walking and a huge garden that's perfect for kids to play in. The health club is fantastic, complete with a gym and even a library. Plus, it's super convenient being close to a grocery store. The entire society is well taken care of, and there's plenty of parking available for visitors.
Overall, I haven't encountered any major issues, but I have noticed that the paint on the building tends to wear off quite quickly, which is a bit disappointing. Additionally, the construction quality of the doors and windows inside the house doesn't seem to be up to par.

We have a reliable power supply with excellent backup systems in place, ensuring uninterrupted electricity even during outages. Car parking is ample and efficiently managed, even during peak hours, with added security measures in place. We're equipped with sports and recreational facilities, including a limited number of swimming pools. There's also a designated area for senior citizens to move around comfortably. Security is tight throughout the premises, with CCTV surveillance and vigilant security guards. Our society fosters an eco-friendly atmosphere, and we're proud to offer on-site maintenance services whenever needed. Additionally, we benefit from a steady water supply, thanks to a large water tank installation.
The maintenance charges in our society are on the higher side. Each member is allotted only one parking slot for their four-wheeler, unless additional arrangements are made with the society, which often incurs extra charges. Unfortunately, there have been instances where corruption has been observed within the managing committee. Some dishonest members or office bearers misuse funds for personal gain, and certain committee members turn a blind eye to such malpractices.

The atmosphere in our society is just wonderful. It has this really positive vibe that I absolutely love. I especially appreciate the well-maintained parks and the gym, which has all the equipment I need for a good workout, especially when regular gyms aren't accessible. Another thing I admire is how responsible the guards are; they always make sure to question anyone who enters the building, which adds an extra layer of security. Overall, it's a great place to be.
The parking area could use some improvement as it's not well maintained, and there's occasional water leakage. Unfortunately, the pool has been closed for the past two years due to the onset of the Covid wave, which is understandable. However, some residents have expressed disappointment with the responses from the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) regarding complaints.

The cleaning, security, and maintenance services here are top-notch. Plus, the club facilities are fantastic! Overall, I'm really impressed.
The parking space is a bit limited, and unfortunately, there's no swimming pool available. Also, it's worth noting that there's only one entrance and exit point on one side.

The property offers great value for money compared to neighboring properties. Its entry is from the main sector road and is situated next to the M3M society and an upcoming cinema, enhancing its appeal and convenience.
The society has a limited green area and the raw functionality needs improvement. There's a requirement for increased member participation, and better maintenance of lifts is necessary. Additionally, the revenue road is located just before the main entry point.

I'm really impressed with how well-maintained our society is. Having two entry and exit points definitely helps avoid confusion. The parking area is kept in great condition, and I love that we have a well-maintained swimming pool. Plus, there's plenty of space for children to play around safely. It's a great environment overall.
While our society has its strengths, such as ample parking space, I've noticed some areas that could use improvement. The white houses have faded over time and now appear off-white, which could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Additionally, the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) seems somewhat indifferent to certain changes residents make in their homes. Although there's enough parking, it's often dirty and not well maintained, which is a bit disappointing. Moreover, the pool tables are currently non-functional, which is unfortunate for those who enjoy using them.

Good society there's a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse available. Plenty of parking space is provided, and there are no power outages.
