Good things here
Your society seems to be surrounded by many parks, making it beloved by nature enthusiasts. Additionally, having several nearby gyms and numerous swimming pools offers residents ample fitness options. The abundance of playgrounds caters to children's recreational needs, and the excellent transportation facilities add to the convenience of living in the area.
Things need improvement
I also dislike my society because there are no shops nearby, and there is no metro connectivity. Moreover, the residents' unfriendly attitude towards pets makes it difficult for pet owners like myself to feel welcome.

Everything seems to be in order. The parking area is satisfactory, with ample space available. The presence of a lift and a reliable security system adds to the convenience and safety of the residents. Additionally, the cleanliness of the premises is well-maintained.
Things need improvement
It's concerning that there is no Resident Welfare Association (RWA) present to address community issues. The major seepage problem and lack of response from the management compound the situation. Additionally, the perceived dictatorship of the management and builder further exacerbates residents' frustrations.

It's unfortunate that the tanks are often dirty, and some residents exhibit rude behavior. Additionally, there are restrictions on hosting night parties, and securing a room for tenants can be challenging due to limited availability.

The location is undoubtedly the best factor, with excellent connectivity to Delhi and major expressways, and minimal traffic congestion. The quality of construction is superior, and maintenance is impeccably managed, making it a highly desirable place to live.
Things need improvement
Overall, the society offers numerous positives, but a slight drawback is the limited public transport connectivity. Additionally, the parks within the society are relatively small.

I like that my society is near Gurgaon, providing easy road access to Indira Gandhi airport. The environment is clean and secure, with punctual security guards who are highly vigilant. Old tenants and residents are issued access cards for seamless entry into the building, while outsiders undergo strict screening before entry.
Things need improvement
I dislike that sometimes the roads in our society are unhygienic and poorly maintained, and the presence of neighborhood dogs adds to the cleanliness issue. Additionally, the limited parking area is inconvenient for residents. The park grass is not well maintained, affecting its overall appearance. Moreover, some residents playing loud music without any restrictions can be disruptive.

I've been residing in this apartment complex for the past 3 years, and I'm fully satisfied with it. The abundance of trees, the presence of a swimming pool, and CCTV cameras add to the appeal. The people in the complex are friendly and welcoming, making it a pleasant environment. Additionally, having lifts in every building enhances the convenience, making me enjoy living here even more.
Things need improvement
There's a lack of proper roads outside the apartment, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the maintenance of the swimming pool leaves much to be desired. It's unfortunate that there's no designated playing area for children within the apartment, leading them to play outside. Furthermore, the absence of seating facilities for elderly residents is a concern.
