SNN Clermont bing a super luxury society has kind- hearted persons which support on professional as well as personal level.
One thing which I dislike is that Its hard to leave this society and move to another place as its a Seven star property

The society offers various amenities for residents to enjoy, such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gymnasium, and children's play area. These facilities encourage residents to stay active and interact with their neighbors.
As a resident, I find that the parking space in SNN is insufficient, leading to conflicts among residents. Otherwise, I don't have any other issues with this society.

This location is highly developed, with all necessities within walking distance. Markets, shops, street food stalls, malls, and restaurants are all within 2-3 kilometers. Cabs and autos are readily available for affordable travel, and the roads are in excellent condition. The locality is also well-maintained and clean.
In this area, there are no playgrounds or parks for children, which is a drawback. Parking space is limited, causing inconvenience for many residents. There are often traffic jams, especially at night. Additionally, maintenance charges are high, and the services provided are not satisfactory, such as the gym lacking proper equipment.

SNN Clermont is a luxurious and top-notch gated community apartment located in Hebbal, one of Bangalore's prime areas. It's conveniently situated near schools and hospitals, with excellent connectivity to all major roads. The beautifully maintained gardens add to the overall charm of the place, making it truly picturesque.
Our apartment is near Bellary Road, which tends to have heavy traffic congestion. The airport is approximately 30 kilometers away, which can be time-consuming to travel. Unfortunately, we don't have access to metro connectivity near our apartment.

It's one of the tallest buildings around, and I've always dreamt of seeing the view from up there. Now that I finally have access, it feels amazing to have this fantastic view of Manyata Tech Park and the lake beside it.
There aren't many shops nearby, especially for clothes and food. You'll need to travel at least 5-6 kilometers to find good food, and there are no restaurants nearby.

The management of the society is commendable, and the green areas and parks are described as amazingly beautiful, akin to heaven. The construction quality is also good, and both the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) and society management are highly praised.
The absence of a facilities club and poor shopping options for daily needs are noted drawbacks. Additionally, there is no gym, and the condition of public transport is subpar, with limited availability of clubs and autos. Unfortunately, there is no metro connectivity in the area as well.

The area boasts 24/7 CCTV coverage, ensuring enhanced security. The parking facilities are well-designed for convenience. It's conveniently located near hospitals, petrol pumps, and supermarkets, making essential services easily accessible.
The area is generally fine, with good amenities, but it can get a bit crowded and congested at times.

Gated community with all the amenities available. The house for rent is well-equipped with modern gadgets and all essentials provided.,
Only concern mentioned is the maintenance cost, which might be relatively high to match the living standards

The community ensures the safety of residents with CCTV cameras throughout. There's an intercom connection for easy 24/7 contact with security. Inside, there's a shop offering home delivery, a doctor, and a pharmacy. Most festivals are celebrated within the community. It's pet-friendly and has ample green space. Services like carpentry and plumbing are available during working hours. The community features a Café Coffee Day, salon, 4 swimming pools, various sports facilities, a library, guest rooms, and play areas for kids, including a day care.
The promised mall inside the community has been replaced by another residential building. It took two years to create a mud ground for kids to play football. The Gate system is followed, but sometimes simultaneous phone notifications and intercom calls can be disturbing during work hours. A graveyard is situated next to the boundary wall of a particular block. Currently, there's no metro connectivity. Last year, there were issues with loose ceilings in a couple of flats, which were rectified.

This society values equality and treats all people fairly, which most people appreciate. This society values sustainability and takes steps to protect the environment for future generations. Police are highly active, So we feel safer here. Water availability is also good. The network service is also quite well. We can also feel fresh air from our windows.
The area faces frequent traffic issues, leading to delays. Lack of nearby medicine shops is noted, and improvements could be made in the parking facilities. Availability of cabs or autos is a challenge, requiring residents to travel a long distance in search of transportation.
