Good things here

Bestech Park View Sanskruti is indeed an excellent locality, characterized by lush greenery and tranquility. Its central location in the heart of the city provides easy access to schools, banks, ATMs, and hospitals nearby. Moreover, residents benefit from the absence of seepage issues within the society.

Bestech Park View Sanskruti unfortunately has a high maintenance charge and subpar maintenance services. Additionally, the presence of only one shopping complex within the society does not fully meet the needs of the tenants.

Good things here

The nearby transport options, including metros and buses, offer convenient and comfortable commutes. The area boasts excellent restaurants, ideal for hanging out and relaxing. Additionally, the nearby markets provide a wide range of products, ensuring a satisfying shopping experience. The amenities within my society, such as gyms, movie theaters, spas, and mini-theaters, provide a luxurious experience. Overall, it's one of the most modern and well-developed buildings in Mumbai.

Navigating through signal areas can be time-consuming due to heavy traffic, potentially causing delays when trying to reach a destination on time. The presence of nearby slum areas can contribute to a feeling of insecurity when walking alone at night. Additionally, there are instances of unpleasant odors from sewage and garbage permeating the society from outside. Furthermore, hiring maids and cleaners can be costly, as they often demand high salaries for relatively minimal tasks. These are the experiences as per my observations.

Good things here

I've had firsthand experience with Bestech's construction quality and timely possession, both of which have been excellent. The flats are thoughtfully designed and well-maintained by the management team. The environment is consistently clean and feels hygienic and refreshing. Additionally, the presence of several parks, a well-equipped gym, and a swimming pool add to the amenities. Security measures are also commendable.

The society boasts good quality construction and is exceptionally well-maintained. There are ample retail shops and some options for recreational activities. While there are no malls currently, there is a sporadic presence of food and beverage outlets like Starbucks, McDonald's, Handicaps, etc. Overall, it is described as a decent society with a majority of educated and peace-loving residents.

The community displays excessive enthusiasm towards festivities, potentially impacting privacy and contributing to noise pollution. Additionally, nearby areas require attention for the removal of stray animals, and roads need substantial repair works.

Good things here

Having lived here for about 2 years now, I can confidently say that this society is incredibly open and welcoming, especially for pet owners. The residents are genuinely nice and down-to-earth. The surroundings are stunning, with numerous lush green gardens adding to the beauty. The club facilities are top-notch, including a well-maintained gym, ball pool, table tennis, and swimming pool. Within the society, there are a total of 5 shops, featuring 1 laundry service and 4 grocery stores. Additionally, there's a salon located on the terrace of the club. Each building consists of 15 floors, with towers labeled from A to J.

Things need improvement

The construction quality is subpar, with poorly maintained lifts and instances of vandalism on the walls in some buildings. Cracks and seepage are widespread issues, accompanied by frequent peeling paint. The vents inside the buildings are often filled with bird feces, emitting a constant unpleasant odor. It's worth noting that these vents connect to the bathrooms, contributing to occasional foul smells. Additionally, the plumbing system leaves much to be desired, as toilets frequently become clogged.

This gated community ensures security by allowing outsiders only after residents approve their entry via a phone call. The amenities are impressive, featuring two expansive playgrounds equipped with swings, slides, monkey bars, and a sandpit, providing ample space for children to play. The well-maintained grass, lush greenery, trees, and flowers enhance the beauty of the society and its surroundings. Additionally, residents have access to a clubhouse with a restaurant and a gym, as well as convenient stores and an Apollo pharmacy. The underground parking area offers ample space, while the pathways are well-paved for walking and cycling. The community fosters a friendly atmosphere among neighbors and organizes events for residents. Efficient segregated garbage disposal services are provided, and the houses are spacious with excellent amenities.

Things need improvement

Under the new management, there have been instances of intrusive involvement in resolving disputes within the society. Since the onset of COVID-19, residents have experienced frustration as the clubhouse, swimming pool, and gym facilities were closed, yet charges for these services continued. Recently, the clubhouse and gym have reopened, but unfortunately, the swimming pool remains closed for the second consecutive year.
