Good things here

Public transports like buses,cabs and auto are availabile inside the society.Construcion quality is well. people are very positive minded.

Good things here

The water facility in the society is reliable, and residents are very friendly and cooperative. There's also a power backup system available. The atmosphere within the society is spacious and tranquil, with essential facilities conveniently located within walking distance.

Cabs and autos are not available inside the society, which makes it inconvenient as they are only accessible outside. The construction quality is very poor, evident from numerous leakages in walls and seepages in bathrooms. Additionally, amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not available within the society. The railway station is located quite far, approximately 5 kilometers away, adding to the inconvenience for residents.

Maintaining lift is very worest. It will stucks always,Inside of the lift the fans are not working. Roads are very poor. No amineties available in the society. Hospitals are very far around 2 kms from the society.Traffic issue is irritats.

Good things here

Connectivity is fine transport options are available within 5kms. The water availability is good, we get proper water supply in the apartment. The space and the environment is the best part of the society.

Things need improvement

The maintenance is very bad. There is no power back and the management is poor. Construction quality is below average, everywhere you see, you will find seepage, the walls are getting damaged and the paint is peeling off. As of now there are no amenities like gym, park, play area, etc.

This housing complex is a tiny city in and of itself, with all of the essential requirements met. This property is one of the best in the neighborhood because of its positive environment, rich landscaping, and modern amenities. Parks, gyms, medical stores, grocery stores, open areas, covered parking, and other amenities are all located within the same building. Furthermore, the level of security and safety is high. Also, because there are several universities, schools, malls, local markets, and hospitals nearby, the connectivity is excellent.
