Good things here
Society's amenities are excellent because all facilities are spacious and maintained with regular cleaning to ensure hygiene standards. Amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, children's play area with equipment, basketball court, and cricket pitches are available. The connectivity of this society is satisfactory, with schools, multi-specialty hospitals, bus stops, and supermarkets located within a 2 to 3km radius. Maintenance facilities are superb, with a 24/7 water supply and an efficient backup system for power cuts. Security measures are also excellent.
Things need improvement
In this community, residents have to travel approximately 30 minutes to reach the nearest metro station. Furthermore, the construction quality is subpar, as the majority of residents are complaining about seepage problems. Additionally, the maintenance charges are quite expensive.

Good things here
The society's maintenance is excellent; any issues related to water leakage and plumbing problems are promptly addressed. Additionally, there are no problems with water or electricity, and overall, maintenance is good with reasonable charges. The amenities, such as the clubhouse, gym, community hall, tennis court, swimming pool, and play areas, are well-maintained. Moreover, there is a good garden area, and the roads within the community are well-kept.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society is poor due to residents having to travel approximately 5 kilometers to reach the main city including schools, hospitals, and shopping malls. Additionally, the construction quality of the buildings is not great, as there are issues related to leakage.

Good things here
There is a supermarket and a medical store with a clinic available, including doctor facilities, so residents do not need to go outside for these services. The society's connectivity is excellent, with several schools within a 1 to 2 km radius, and auto cab facilities are easily accessible. The society's maintenance is excellent, with all departments taken care of well. Plumbers and electricians are readily available for any issues related to drainage or electrical problems, and the water supply is 24/7. There are excellent amenities available inside the society, such as a clubhouse with a gym, walking track, and excellent outdoor play areas. The society's security systems are top-notch, with well-trained staff.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is not up to the mark and there are some cracks on walls and also there are occasional seepage issues. The painting works are not going regularly.

Construction quality is not good at all.Tiles are not laid properly on the terrace,there might be issue.cracks have appeared in the walls.
