Good things here
Local market is within walking distance. Schools is nearly half km and hospital is in 5-6km range. Swimming pool, basket ball court, gym , clubhouse were well maintained.Social life was also good.

Construction quality is not that good.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is satisfactory. Schools and hospitals are available nearby the society. Maintenance is taken care of with regular cleaning and hygiene. Amenities like clubhouse and kids play area is also available. The Neighbours are quite friendly and cooperative in nature.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is quite poor with a few seepage issues and leakage issues. The material used in the construction of buildings and infrastructure is not of good quality, so some improvements must be done.

Water supply bohot achha hai , construction quality bohot achha hai . facilities like play area, park are there .

Public transport ki dikkat hai like metro station society se bohot dur hai . network ka issue kabhi kabhi hota hai.

Good things here
Metro is just 1km away from the society ,bus service are not there near by but you can approach auto and cabs easily.There is one temple in the society which is very peaceful and atmosphere is divine and energetic.Society highly cleaned and all the people are very coperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction is really bad as there is lots of issues regarding seepage even pop is also comming out of walls.Hard water supply is available so drinking water is concern if you dont have purifiers.Maintenace is poor in the society.suring rainy season water logging issues are also there in the society.Elecetricity bill is very high and authorised party should be change for light bill.

Facilities are there like swiming pool, club house,gym,parking area , play ground . greenery society.
Things need improvement
Upto 5-6 km there is nothing like markets,malls,shops, saloons. seepage and leakage problem is there.

Society mein har cheez bilkul best hai, security, housekeeping staff sab badhiya hai. Connectivity bohot badhiya hai. metro hai paas mein, railway station bhi hai 10 minute ki doori pe. Auto, bus sab mil jayega, 10-15 minute ke andar aapko sab mil jayega. Housekeeping staff acha hai, badiya cleaning rehti hai, koi paani ka issue nahi hai. Aapki har pareshani ka samadhan milega yaha. Badhiya lifts hain bilkul, stairs lifts dono hain. Itni safety jitni hamari society mein hain shayad hi kisi society mein honge. Poori society mein CCTV coverage hota hai. Mygate app ke through entry hoti hai society mein. 3 balcony hai har flats mein. Amenities like gym , swimming pool and clubhouse sab hai society mein. Tennis, badminton & basketball courts sab hain society mein.

She said jo bhi hain hum bohot satisfied hain, koi issue nahi hai hamare hisaab se jo theek hona chahiye.

All the amenities such as the gym, clubhouse, frisbee area, and park are available in the society, and maintenance of these amenities is satisfactory. Cleaning is carried out daily, and garbage collection is also done regularly. The build quality is good, with no reported leakage issues so far. The rooms are spacious and well-ventilated. The residents are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The main drawback of this society is its lack of connectivity to public transport facilities. This means residents must rely on their own private vehicles, leading to inconvenience and higher living expenses.
