Good things here
The society is conveniently located near various offices, and there are several international schools nearby. There is a lot of greenery around due to which pollution levels around the society are minimal.
Things need improvement
The maintenance of the society is not up to the mark, with issues such as leaks from ground water tanks. Amenities are lacking in the society, even though it has been 12 years since its establishment. Construction quality is poor, with numerous seepages in bathrooms and walls. Additionally, the nearest supermarket is located 2 kilometers away from the society, which is inconvenient for the residents.

Good things here
All amenities are available like a swimming pool, gym, and specific play areas for basketball and badminton. maintenance facilities of the society are up to mark. I like celebrating and getting indulged in the events hosted by society as people are good and fun.
Things need improvement
They have 2 lifts in the society out of which 1 has not functioning for a long and and no action has been taken despite multiple complaints. connectivity of the society is also not that good as there are no hospitals and shopping markets available near the society and public transport is also not that easily available

Unparalleled location advantages of Thaiyur. Pollution free environment with lots of greenery and cleanliness is a positive point of this project. Within the society, there are green parks, jogging parks, swimming pools, gyms, and other amenities. Another advantage of this society is the minimal maintenance charges and clean internal roads with trees planted for lush greenery. Homes are spacious, well built and provides a nice view. Even the security is very good which is made possible by the regular police patrolling, CCTV cameras and professional security guards who are always there to protect the residents.

Perfect for those who wants to maintain a luxurious lifestyle with all the facilities at one place like gym, grocery shops, etc. Traffic is not an issue in this area and you can comfortably book a can or taxi along with reachable public transport options. The prices of homes in this project are affordable and there are famous markets, educational institutes are there in the local area. Ample parking space and new designs for homes is what you get here. The well-built roads with street lights and CCTV cameras to ensure safety for the residents make it safer.
