Good things here
Railway station and bus stop is near by the society even local tranport is easy to aproach around the society.Quality of the construction is great as such there are no leakage and seepage issues.Fittings of pipeline are also good as drainage issues are also not there.Allocated parking space is available for owners and visitors.24 hours water and electricity is available in the society.People over here are very friendly and coperative even all the festivals are celebrated all together in the society.
Things need improvement
There no as such amenities available in the society like there is no swimming pool and club house in the society only gym and kids play area is available.

Pioneer Heritage Residency 2 is a secured housing estate with clean apartments and stairs.The site of the project is worth spending for.The area is pollution free and healthy.

The housing society is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and hygiene . It is a cosmopolitan society that provides its residents to never feel alone on any occasion. The sites from the apartments are beautiful.

Pioneer Heritage Residency 2 is a co-operative housing society comprising 2HK and 3BHK units .Basic facilities like 24 hours water and electricity,security guards and more. The site of the building is spacious and beautiful.

The society is congested and crowded with people and there is no peace. The roads connected to the complex are not maintained.There is a huge parking problem here too.
