Bachelor residents are not allowed, and flats are primarily taken for investment purposes. The highway often experiences traffic jams.

It's situated in a very clean area with all the necessary facilities just around the corner. Being on the Kalyan-Nashik highway makes it easy to travel anywhere. I believe it's worth considering as an investment.
The area near the society experiences a high volume of traffic, and with the upcoming metro construction, there's even more traffic than usual. Additionally, a significant amount of dust tends to rush in.

This place is the best and highly professional. The garden is well-maintained, and the swimming facility is available.
The water reservoirs fill up during the rainy season.

The Tata Mantra society is a calm and nice place, putting a lot of emphasis on keeping everyone safe. The maintenance team works hard to keep everything clean, from the roads to the garbage areas and gardens. Residents get special passes for the society, giving them access to cool stuff like the gym, relaxing services, indoor activities, and a swimming pool. Plus, there's a lot of parking space spread across three floors just for parking (P1, P2, P3). People really like the way the buildings are designed - it looks perfect.
The society is located outside the city, making it inconvenient for emergency purchases due to the absence of shops within. Positioned along the busy Kalyan-Bhiwandi highway, traffic is a common challenge

The best thing about this place is that it's right next to the highway. The construction quality of the neighborhood is excellent, and the amenities provided by the developers make it a worthwhile investment. It's considered one of the best and most luxurious options available.
Many of the flats in this place are still unsold. If you enjoy being surrounded by a lot of people, this might not be the ideal setting for you. Additionally, the unsold flats contribute to higher maintenance costs.

This is the first major development near the Kalyan Thane Bhiwandi bypass route, offering excellent views. The folks who've put money into it are well-educated and friendly. Because of the project's success, more investors are looking into nearby areas of Bhiwandi. They've got a good team for upkeep, and they've put in rules to make sure both homeowners and tenants are safe.
The building has a low ground clearance, making it difficult for transport vehicles to access the lift area. There was a problem with waterlogging last year during heavy rain within the community. There are no shops for shopping within the premises, so residents need to travel to buy daily necessities. Many flats are vacant, possibly because of high rental rates.

It's been a positive overall experience living in this place. The community is characterized by a humble and polite crowd, making the neighborhood and neighbors quite pleasant. Its proximity to the Kalyan-Bhiwandi crossing is advantageous for renting out and managing things remotely. The location is especially beneficial for attracting good tenants, particularly those working in Bhiwandi, ensuring a steady and reliable rental income. My parents, who lived there for just over a year, had a great time. Additionally, having a covered parking space for my car, or potentially for the tenant, adds to the convenience and value of the place.
It's not easy to find a taxi or auto when you go out, but using apps to book cabs online is a convenient alternative. In the rainy season, the parking areas can flood. Although maintenance is good when they do it, it doesn't happen regularly, and residents often need to remind them, even though we pay a lot for it. There's talk about a metro station coming nearby, but nobody knows when it will actually happen.

It's a great place to live, situated on the bypass of Kalyan and Bhiwandi junction. The flat quality is good, and there's plenty of space for outdoor activities in a clean and green environment. All amenities are available, and there's easy connectivity to Kalyan, Bhiwandi, and Thane. The spacious ground, club area, and parking add to the appeal.
Currently, there is no metro connectivity, and it will take some time to develop as the area is still undergoing development. Public transport is limited to buses, and the nearest train station is Kalyan, which takes approximately 15 minutes to reach.
