Public transport is easily accessible, Everything in this society is top Notch, It's a high Class & Well Known society in Gurgaon.
Things need improvement
There's a cremation ground nearby, located in the middle of the society, where bodies are cremated. Personally, I wouldn't want to see that every day, and my sentiments align with those who has to see every alternate day.

Good things here
Hospital, School, Mall nearby. Auto and cabs are eaisly available. Power backup is there. Society celebrates big festivals. Society is well maintained. Gym, running track is there. There are no safety concerns here.

The location of the society was outstanding and metro station was nearby to the society.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. No major traffic issues are faced around the society. Roads are in a good condition. Also water logging issues never arisedaround the society. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Seapage and leakage issues are not faced at least in my flat. Plaster quality is also fine. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house and parks is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. Open space parking is available. Drainage system is good in the society.

The society is a good space for living and, everything is maintained properly. There are no issues to mention, it indicates a well-managed and comfortable living environment for residents.

Good things here
They offer a club, gym, and a spacious parking lot with ample space. Public transport is excellent, with a metro station just a 2-minute walk away, and easy access to autos and cabs. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants, stationers, and pharmacies nearby, which is convenient. Plus, the houses are generously sized, adding to the appeal of the location.
Things need improvement
The society suffers from limited green space, and the surrounding area is cluttered with cars and auto-rickshaws, creating an eyesore. Additionally, the constant noise from people, especially as it's situated opposite a crawl, can be disturbing. Security measures are lacking, which can be a cause for concern. Furthermore, the area experiences heavy traffic congestion, adding to the overall inconvenience.

Despite being a gated society that has been under development for a considerable time, the flats boast good sizes and spacious balconies compared to nearby societies. However, maintenance and safety remain major concerns. Fortunately, there are some responsible individuals within the society who take initiative into their own hands, addressing issues and working towards resolution.
Things need improvement
Safety and maintenance continue to be ongoing concerns in the society, which is still in its developing stage. While some areas have functioning CCTV cameras, others do not, and there is a shortage of security staff due to delayed salary payments by Anal management. However, there are proactive individuals within the society who are addressing these issues and pushing for resolution with Anal. Hopefully, in the near future, these concerns will be resolved.

Things need improvement
When it comes to drawbacks in the colony, I don't believe there are any major issues. We've experienced some water shortages during the summer, and the maintenance costs are slightly higher, but these are manageable challenges and not significant concerns.

Good things here
The society benefits from excellent connectivity via NH 8, and once the toll shifts, commute times are expected to decrease by 20 minutes. The garden area is lush and green, providing a pleasant environment for residents. Additionally, the 24/7 power backup ensures uninterrupted electricity supply. The club facilities are modern and well-equipped, adding to the overall appeal of the society.
Things need improvement
As it's still under construction, there are no nearby markets or malls that are ready for residents to enjoy. To access malls and other amenities, residents must travel to Gurgaon center. Additionally, the absence of a nearby petrol pump adds to the inconvenience for residents.

Good things here
Garbage collective was done on the dialy basis between 8-9 am in the morning. Pet friendly society and people are educated and supportive, Festivals like Diwali, holi, Janmashtami and national hoilday's like Republic and Independence day is celebrated together. Society is on the main road, so the connectivity is the best thing here because hospitals, market area, schools and public transport are easily accessible. There is a mini garden for kids to play, Gym, Clubhouse are well funtional. Additional Staircase is avaiable in the society for emergency exits.
Things need improvement
There was no swimming pool in the society. Construction quality was okay it is not first class. It is somewhat below average.
