Good things here

The society is well-maintained with spacious and well-ventilated rooms. The gardens are neatly trimmed, and there is a community center in the society for organizing events and programs.

Things need improvement

The roads surrounding the society are in poor condition, and there is a waterlogging issue during the rainy season within the society. Daily commuting can be challenging without a personal vehicle.

A well-planned gated community that is well-connected to ORR, Whitefield, Jayapura, etc. The location is a significant advantage, especially considering future development.

Things need improvement

The builder has not provided a gas pipeline, which is expected as a basic facility.

Sundeck Avenue 1 is brimming with amenities, offering a yoga/meditation deck, a well-equipped gym, a pool with a dedicated area for kids, a party lawn, a spacious kid play zone, jogging track, a corner for senior citizens, and much more. It ensures a delightful experience with convenience and excellent connectivity through major roads and railways across the city.

Things need improvement

The current lockdown situation has made it challenging for the builder to sell properties, especially given the economic downturn, making the project's cost seem high.

Good things here

This neighborhood has everything you need, like a gym, swimming pool, and a restaurant. The parking is well-organized, with designated spaces for each vehicle. The staff and guards are friendly and helpful, making the place secure. When we have visitors, we receive a call beforehand. There's also a luxurious spa and a unisex beauty parlor. A charming café next to a fishpond is a delightful spot for an evening stroll. The garbage and laundry facilities are top-notch, and there are plenty of parks and green spaces.

Things need improvement

The Yelchenhalli and Konankunte Cross metro stations are approximately half an hour away by cab, which can be quite inconvenient. The neighborhood is a bit far from central Bengaluru, and reaching the airport takes about 4 hours. Unfortunately, the lift frequently gets stuck, causing difficulties for residents on upper floors. Additionally, during heavy rains, there is a risk of water seeping into the building due to the average drainage system.
