Maintenance services are very good, everything is well maintained and if there is any problem, its solution is provided easily.

Autos were not available outside the society and there was a problem of seepage in the flats.

Good things here
Connectivity is really good and near by auto,cabs easily available even metro,railway is there near by the society.All the modern amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc is available in the society and eveything is well eqquiped and functional.All the people over here are helpful and coperative,socialism is really good.Cleaniness is maintained properly and timely done in the society.
Things need improvement
Build quality is poor as there are issues regarding leakage and seepage which owner has fix on there own.Power cuts so frequently and power back up facilities are also not available in the society.maintenace services are poor and not attentive.

Good things here
Construction quality iss area ki baki sari societies se zyada acha hai. Connectivity acha hai because society easily approachble hai, metro paas me hi hai Aqualine metro within 1 km hai. Location acha hai society ka. On road pe hai society. Hospitals hain paas me - Felix hospital hai, Medanta hospital bhi 2-3 km me hi ban raha hai. Swiggy-zomato delivery raat bhar bhi chalta rehta hai. Lift ka maintenace bhi acha hai.
Things need improvement
Clubhouse bht chota sa hai bas naam ka hi hai. Gym aur swimming pool bhi bas theek thaak hai bht acha bada nahi hai. Thoda politics hota hai society ke logo me.

Good things here
I left the society few years back, Small soceity, location is good everything is accesible there markets, sabzi mandi easily there, shopping complex was near. Cabs ajati thi, No water loggin issue i had faced, roads were very wide, 24hours electricity supply from govt, Painting was done timely, swimming pool was there, open space area and kids play area was there. Society was safe in night as well. I used to go to office so i never get time to interact with people there, i know much about events in th esoicety as i used to visit my hometown for all the festivals.
Things need improvement
Construction quality not good, walls are thin and weak, this was the major issue me and my roommates were facing when we were living there, we almost lived for 2years there and that is the only issue we had in the society rest everything was quite cool as i have already mentioned.

Autos, cabs, and buses are conveniently available nearby. The marketplaces are situated close to the society. All amenities are meticulously maintained. Maintenance is excellent, with CCTV cameras and lifts installed and well-maintained within the society. Cleanliness is also upheld. The standout feature is the society's prime location and pleasant atmosphere.

I don't have any dislikes about this society, and there's nothing I feel needs improvement.

Near society, metro station, public transport, hospital, school, all the things available, the connectivity there was very good.
Things need improvement
There was no light in the basement parking, it was not clean, the parking area and amenities were available but not well maintained, like there was a gym, it did not have good machines, the area was good but they had built a very small gym according to the area.

The society has greenery and parks, and it is very well maintained, and the neighbors are nice.

Seepage & leakage issue in whole room also in washroom .pet dogs do toilet around the society that's very unhygienic. Main gate security shall be more active. Water hardness is very high.

Good things here
We do had other facilities like gym and club houses in he society and this was never the problem. Gym and clubhouses were in working conditions too. Then, Talking about the Construction quality, we do had metros nearby, roads were good. We had security guards, Cctv's and other security measures there in the society.
Things need improvement
I dont think so that the maintenance and the construction quality of the society is really good there. Although i was the former resident in that society but we always had faced issues like plaster comes out, seepage issues. Then the builder built only 1bhk flats there that was initially not the part of the plan there. The society was not at all maintained.
