Good things here
The Gaur City Mall and Galleria Market have become commercial hubs surrounding the society. The Greater Noida West locality is known for its dining options, drawing residents from far and wide to shop and dine here.
Things need improvement
Because it's now a commercial area, there are lots of people coming on weekends and that's causing heavy traffic.

Facilities are top -notch like gym , club house, power back up, park,playground , open space everything is there and all the facilities are well mainten .

Construction quality is not so good some seepage issues . people are like mix . half the people talki and live together and half the people are all concerned abbout themselves

Amenities are present and maintained, they are only average. However, the community is characterized by friendly residents, and shopping options are readily accessible

People are good in the society. nearby malls,markets are easy to catch. construction qulaity is good.

Few times seepage,leakage and plaster falling down from the walls .power and water supply issue are there.

Good things here
Society has really great connectivity like auto and cabs are available easily.Quality of the construction is top notch as there are no seepage issues.Allocated parking for owners and visitors are available.There are all the amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play are in the society.Crowd of the people is really very good and friendly.
Things need improvement
Maintenance facilties of the society can be enhance.Solar panel connection has been given to lift and common lights only.Security system of the society is not that prompt.

The maintenance services of the society are very good, water is available 24/7 and connectivity is also good, there are malls restaurants and markets are also available nearby the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance for parking little should be better. Parking is not maintained properly and there should not be any restrictions for pets. There should be space for pets also in the society.

Good things here
Maintenance is efficient.Elevator works fine. Park, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are available. People in the neighborhood are friendly and sociable, often meeting outside. Cultural weeks are celebrated, fostering community spirit. Market is available nearby. Balcony view is good.
Things need improvement
Metro is not nearby. Lack of security. Seepage problem in bathrooms. Uncertainty about pets due to living upstairs. Roads have potholes.

Good things here
Public transports are available in the society like E-riskshaws. There are multiple school in their locality. There are 7-8 Apollo shops nearby, Near Gaur city there is a very big school. If you want to travel to the Airport they can easily travel becuase it is very safe in night. The Security is also tight.
Things need improvement
Painting are not done, Gardens, Swimming pool are not maintained in their society, Builders don't take any interest after handing over the house to the owner even the basic construction part.
