Good things here
Amenities like gym, temple, park, basketball court, badminton court, general store and parking were available. The elevator were installed. Flats were very spacious and well maintained. Balconies were provided. The parking lot was also well maintained. The environment was very peaceful and safe.
Things need improvement
The maintenance quality of the society was very poor with no regular cleaning and hygiene. The garden was not maintained properly. Although some improvements were done initially but the situation remains the same till now. Transportation connectivity near the society was also average with difficult accessibility to public transport, had to depend on mostly private vehicles and cabs. The location is quite isolated. Construction quality was also poor with seepage and leakage issues in the master bedroom and bathroom. Amenities like the swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. The generator back up was not provided, which caused a lot of Inconvenience. The residents didn't interact with the bachelors, but otherwise they were decent.

Good things here
Transport connectivity near the society is satisfactory with routes linked to main road, traffic is manageable. Maintenance is good with no water supply and logging issues. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage, termite and leakage issues. Walls quality is also fine. Paintings are done on time. There is an open space in the society premises. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Residents are decent.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available. Personally, interaction with the neighbours is less being a bachelor in the society.

Good things here
Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Metro station is available nearby the society. Markets, grocery, schools, restaurants are available nearby the society. Pwer backup is available in the society. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Garbage collections are done on time. all cultural festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks are not available in the society. The construction quality is average, sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced. But that is managable.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. Park is available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues are not faced. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced in the society. Roads outside the society are well maintained. Traffic issues are not faced outside the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is avilable.
Things need improvement
Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Sometimes electricity issues are faced in the society. Street dogs used to get inside the society premises. Some places inside the sosciety is still under construction which needs to be improved.

Good things here
The connectivity is good in our society as we can easily find a cab or auto to travel and the maintenance is also pretty decent in society and all the basic amenities are there in the society but not all.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is something that i really dont like about the society as such. the people living in the society are mostly bachelors and therefore not many families live there. the people living in the society are not very friendly.

This is a half constructed society so there are lot of issues in construction . no amenitis is there.

The boundary wall of the society was too small and there are no fencing on it, so anyone can jump wall easily this is a serious issue

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Parking is available in the society.
Things need improvement
The main issue of this society is of the maintainance quality. The maintainance charges are Rs 3000 per month but there are no proper maintainance done in the society. Lifts stops working sometimes and timely repairings are not done. In a week 2 to 3 days the lifts don't work. Sufficient security guards are not available in the society. Only at the main gate security guards are available but inside the society there are no guards present. Gym, garden and parks are not maintained properly. Equipements in the gym are not sufficient and not maintained properly. Swimmingpool and club house is not available. Water logging issues happens a lot in the parking area because of the construction works that are going on. Garbage collections were not done frequently. festivals and events are not celebrated together in the society.

During my short stay of two weeks, I found the maintenance to be good with proper cleanliness, and the society efficiently managed maintenance fees for the upkeep. Public transport was easily accessible, and the proximity to a nearby metro station was convenient. There were no issues with seepage, and markets were conveniently close by. It seemed like a perfect place to live.
Things need improvement
While I cannot comment on the amenities as I never used them, I noticed that a gym was available, and they seemed to celebrate various events and occasions. Overall, I couldn't find anything negative to say about the society during my brief time there.
