Water ke quality and water supply achhi thi . society ke log bhi achhe the jadatar bachelors hi society pe the sabhi well educated .

Connectivity like bus ,metro auto easily available nhi tha and malls , hospital, college bhi available nhi tha . construction quality bohot kharab tha poor quality of plaster . facilities like gym, swimming pool , clubhouse ye sab kuvh bhi nhi tha . safh safai thoda improve hona chahiye society me and mobile network ka bhi issues tha

Maintenance isn't up to par, with issues like lift malfunctions and irregular maintenance checks. CCTV and security are present, but some towers lack cameras. Construction quality is poor, with significant seepage problems. Despite amenities like a gym and swimming pool, the clubhouse isn't operational. here's a need for improved maintenance quality, especially considering the fees paid for upkeep.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Hospitals are nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Security guards are available. Lift is available and maintained properly. CCTV is avilable and works properly. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society. Street dog issues are not faced.

Metro is not nearby the society. The constructuion quality is average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

The maintenance of the community is commendable, contributing to a well-kept environment. the construction quality of the buildings is satisfactory.The presence of friendly and cooperative neighbors is something which you cant get easily these days.Additionally, the active presence of Uber and Ola provides convenient transportation options for residents.

Metro is very far as it is under construction,the nearest metro is 16 kms far, sharing autos are not available, traffic congestion is very much, you cannot take your vehicle out during office hour.In amenities, only park is there but the builder has restricted its use for the residents.

Good things here
Construction quality was fine. personally faced no issues related to seepage or leakage. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse were available. Power backup was provided, and maintenance was satisfactory, with regular water supply and no water logging on roads. Hygiene was maintained. People living there were friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Noida Sector 5 which was the nearest metro Station was distant. Waterlogging issues existed in the basement area. Inconvenience was caused by both stray dogs and pet dogs. Maintenance management was uncooperative.

Dirty and very unhygenic society. swiming pool is dirty like not maintain regularly. some seepage issue are there. transport is little hectic for us.

He is too irritated in this society. according to him living inthis society is very difficult beacuse of the diffiernt mindset of the people. Please check the dislike comments as mentioned by him

Here's no security guard or CCTV cameras. The lift is unreliable, and maintenance is nonexistent. Construction quality is poor, leading to severe seepage issues. The swimming pool is unusable, and there's no clubhouse. Overall, amenities are lacking, and there's no sense of community as residents have differing mindsets. The society faces numerous challenges and lacks positive aspects.

I lived there for a short period of time in 2020. At that time, the maintenance of the society was good as the maintenace team was proactive. Functional lifts provided convenience and accessibility within the buildings, while the absence of waterlogging issues was a relief during rainy seasons. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and clubhouses were also present
Things need improvement
The distant location of the metro station was a drawback. Additionally, seepage issues within the buildings posed challenges and discomfort for residents, highlighting the need of improvement in infrastructure maintenance
