Good things here
Construction of society is great, security is there 24 by 7, lifts and CCTV mentainence is done timely, people here are friendly, overall connectivity roads are nearby main road is near metro and auto are available to cath.
Things need improvement
I dont' dislike anything, i have metnioned already the likes of my society.

Good things here
The society is good in terms of connectivity, residents of the society easily get the public transport facilities. Roads outside the society are well maintained. The maintenance of the society is being timely done which keeps the society neat and clean. No waterlogging issues are faced in the society.
Things need improvement
There has been some construction quality issues which are related to the society - seepage, bad quality plaster and wall breaking problems are frequently seen in the society.

Good things here
The society is located on the main road, so auto-rickshaws and cabs are easily available. The roads are good, and there is ample parking space. The maintenance of the society is good, with a fee of 2000 rupees. Electricity supply is also very reliable, and there have been no bills for the past 4 months since a meter from Delhi was installed. The water quality is excellent, and painting was done just a month ago in the society. The houses are spacious. Plumbing issues are quickly resolved, with plumbers readily available from Timber Road. The clubhouse has a gym and table tennis facilities. The residents are typical Delhiites, and everyone is very nice.
Things need improvement
There is a significant termite problem in the buildings here. Parking space is very limited, and there is no park for children to play. I'm not aware of any cultural programs because I don't participate in them.

Good things here
Playground for children to play and other gym, swimming pool, all the amenities are available and well maintained.
Things need improvement
The material of the wardrobe is not of good quality and it gets infested by termites and there is a lot of dirty termite issue.

The amenities of the committee are quite good like a gym, swimming pool garden all things are available and well maintained.
Things need improvement
Parking allotment is not properly provided to all the people hence due to that a lot of fights happen and second thing the school is a little far away.
