I don't see that I like this place that much. There are not a lot of amenities here. The buildings are not well maintained. The paint is easily seen coming off from buildings.

The service here is quite poor. this building needs maintenance. the leaking water on the top floor is a menace and I don't know when it will collapse. The apartment is quite congested. the security at the main door is fine.

Living here for a long time so, I can say that the management is worst. The place needs a lot of work to get better, I mean they just ask for more money without delivery the proper amenities.

It is very small society. The water leakage is a big issue here. The Park, swimming pool and clubs are fine. Flat sizes are good with pre installed with ACs and Geezers. But the shape is not great.

As a broker, not many people love it. Some say that it is the biggest fault that we bought this flat in Resort. If you are looking for rented flat, it may vary depending on the owner but you may get a 3bhk for around 15k here.
