very good society to live in, well connected area, which is close to every mall, next to hospital. All amenities present

there is nothing to dislike, the cost is pretty high these days. Maintainance cost is 4000/month which is high. However maintainance is good

Good things here
He said Maintenance & cleanliness toh acha tha waha society ka. No seepage/leakage issues were there. Gym was there in the society, tennis court bhi tha society mein. Drainage acha tha waha ka. Mobile networks bhi sahi tha. Water quality me koi problem nahi thi.
Things need improvement
He said I used to live in the mentioned society 3 years back. During corona period I was living there, so connectivity ka issue toh tha wahan us waqt kyuki lockdown ka period tha. Electricity ka issue tha , usme problem aata tha, this was the main issue I faced during my living period in the society. New society tha isliye log bohot kam the us waqt society mein. There was no swimming pool in the society.

There was a sefage issue in a society. and i have to pay extra amount for using amenities .

The building of this society is too good. The construction quality of this society is very well

No amenities, lift There is no lift in the society and also the basic amenities are not available

Overall everything is good in the society. Location wise the committee is very good. Metro station is in front of the society. People are very good in the society.

as such there is no issues in the apartment and my living experience in the society was wonderful.

My office was very near to the society, so it helped me a lot and maintenance facilities was also good.

Nearby markets,malls,school,hospital all are there. all the afcilities. good location.

Facilitis are there but chargeble.high charges of maintenance like but facilities not provided as per the charges.

Nearby market,malls, auto,cabs are easy to access. is there a playground where childrens are play with toys.

Comercial market inside the society is not running smoothly ,leakage and seepage problem arises in mainly rainy season.

The amenities are great here, gym, swimming pool and also a restaurant here in the society. building condition is good. area is outstanding the shopping comlex and medical facilities are nearby the society.
