Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of metro nearby. Schools and hospitals are closed by. Market areas are also available nearby. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with proper cleanliness and water supply. CCTVs and security guards are present. There are no water logging issues. Residents are friendly and celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
There are a few traffic issues nearby which causes inconvenience. The construction quality of the society is average with some bad wall plaster issues.

The place has lots of green spaces, plenty of sports options, a gym, a swimming pool, and a great club. The recent renovations have really improved the condominium and made it even better.

Secure neighborhood, all necessary amenities, and shops. The infrastructure is outstanding, making it feel like a dream home.

The swimming pool facilities could be improved, and there are occasional issues with the network. Another significant concern is the lack of metro connectivity.

The surroundings are green, and everything is conveniently located within a two or three-minute drive
Things need improvement
The current construction in front of the society affects the overall ambiance, but there's anticipation for a future mall in that space. The flat maintenance cost is Rs8000, which can be perceived as low, high, or moderate based on individual perspectives. However, everything nearby is noted to be quite expensive. The roads, especially the extension of Golf Course Road, aren't well-constructed, requiring extra care when driving two-wheelers.
