Things need improvement
Bestech Park View Ananda unfortunately lacks nearby metro connectivity, with the closest station being Huda City Center, over 15 km away from the society. Additionally, residents may find the maintenance charges to be on the higher side.

However, the society's distance from the bus stand and metro station means limited access to public transportation, compounded by poor availability of Haryana Roadways due to the distance from the bus stand.

The society is highly secure and safe, offering all necessary amenities. However, like many builders, there may be some cost-cutting measures in certain areas. Despite this, the maintenance service is excellent. The only downside is occasional power cuts, as there is no substation yet in the new sectors.

It's a pleasantly surprising little neighborhood tucked away in a corner of the city. Inside the gates, it's beautifully laid out with ample green spaces, walking areas, and play zones. The presence of a temple adds a touch of tranquility to the vibrant, happy, and warm community, bustling with activities for both kids and seniors.

The approach road tends to get slightly congested during weekday office hours. Additionally, there is occasional water logging in heavy rains.
