This private society is known for its well-behaved residents and strict visitor policy, ensuring security and peace of mind. The buildings are meticulously clean and regularly sanitized during the COVID-19 pandemic. Residents exhibit excellent behavior, and the water and electricity services are top-notch. Additionally, the proximity of shops and malls within a 3 to 5 km radius adds convenience. With nearby gyms, parks, and playing gardens, it's an ideal place to live.
Things need improvement
While some public transport options like auto-rickshaws are not available here, residents rely on services like Uber and Ola for transportation. Parking charges are relatively high compared to other societies, and during festivals, the area experiences significant crowds. Narrow streets occasionally lead to traffic jams.

Good things here
The society boasts spacious apartments and excellent infrastructure. It features a generous playground and ample parking space. Conveniently, it's well-connected to both the yellow line and rapid metro. There are plenty of cafe options and delivery services nearby, with Max and Fortis hospitals in close proximity. The gym is within walking distance, and the society's internal playground is well-maintained. Additionally, the electricity backup is reliable. The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere.

While the society itself offers great amenities, it lacks nearby parks. The surrounding roads experience heavy traffic and congestion, especially during office hours. Additionally, the maintenance charges are relatively high. Residents may find limited options for grocery stores, and those available are somewhat distant from the society.

I was looking for a flat and I had booked an apartment in DLF Hamilton Court. The sales team was totally unprofessional and very rude. The management is the worst.

The facilities and amenities provided are top-notch and the location is also decent as it connects Bangalore city. My husband is very much satisfied with the neighbourhood. The landscape is also expansive.

I had booked an apartment in DLF Hamilton Court and I can assure you that this is one of the best projects in Bangalore. The construction of the project is excellent with ceramic tiles.

I have recently moved into this project. The locality is good as it is surrounded by reputed schools, colleges, supermarkets, malls and a lot more. The facilities and amenities provided are absolutely amazing.
