Good things here
The metro is nearby the society at walkable distance , the flats are well ventialled , all amenities are there like gym, clubhouse,swimming pool in a good conditionin the society , the society quit pet friendly
Things need improvement
Autos and rikshaw are not easily available outside the society , there is issue of ceiling and seepage in the flats but managable ,the people are average like some are friendly and some are rude in the society

Every festivals are celebrated in Paras Seasons. there is no water issues and people can log their ticket on my gate to get things fixed

There is lot of seepage every flat. Society is not well maintained. Every now or then some wall got broke

Good things here
Near the society, there are convenient transportation options such as cabs, autos, and the Metro. CCTV cameras are in place throughout the premises. A park for children is accessible within the community. The neighbors are friendly and cooperative & Even come together to celebrate various festivals
Things need improvement
Building quality issues are faced by the resident. Seepage is a common problem. The swimming pool is not maintained properly as it always leaks.

Good things here
Auto and metro are easily available near the society. despite of all the construction issues of it being an old building i have never faced any issues related to water seepage and water leaking. i spend maximum of my time outside hte society so i also have a reliebility of always available shops in the society it self for my daily needs.
Things need improvement
I have to go to the highway to catch a bus, area ke andar ke roads par busses nahi aati. the main problem with our society is that its a bit old built now so we have raised the issue to the team for repainting of the society but no action is being taken on the same.

Good things here
Connectivity is good as all options were easily accessible, making travel convenient.Cleanliness was maintained properly within the society. Basic amenities were available in the society, providing essential facilities to all of us.
Things need improvement
Maintenance of the walls of the building was pretty bad.The structure of the building was poor, due to which we had stability concerns.The clubhouse was present but closed as it was built by someone else, not the society builder.Also,owners are partial with the tenants,unfair treatment is given to tenants.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good with metro nearby and availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance is fine with maintained hygiene and cleanliness, disposal of waste and garbage. The construction quality is satisfactory. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Shops are also available. Residents are friendly and frequently celebrate festivals and events together. Two hospitals and 3-4 schools are nearby
Things need improvement
Outside the neighborhood, there's a big drain collecting dirty water from industries. This is a problem because it can make the area dirty and could be bad for our health.

Good things here
She left the mentioned society around 4 years ago. Buses & e-rickshaw available rehti thi. Society ke andar shops available thi for basic needs. Society ka maintenance acha tha - lifts & cctv cameras ache se kaam karta tha. Log ache the society me and festivals saare celebrate hote the. Amenities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse were there. Overall society ke andar ka area peaceful & clean rehta tha. Greenery tha toh, the environment was good.

She left the mentioned society around 4 years ago. In connectivity, there was no metro near the society, the nearest metro was Okhla bird sanctuary, jisko phchne me bhi 20 minute lagta tha auto se. Flats me washroom me seepage/leakage ka issue rehta tha she said.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was good, with metro and buses easily available nearby. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. People were friendly and cooperative, they used to celebrate all festivals together. Market area was nearby. There was also a school near the society.
Things need improvement
The building quality was just okay because the materials used weren't very good. The stuff they used wasn't up to the mark, making the overall quality not so great. Even though the construction was alright, the choice of materials wasn't good, which could affect how long the building lasts.

The people are very friendly and cooperative in the society ,all amenities are there in well maintained condition but the clubhouse was best in the society

The connectivity is below average in the society like only personal vehicle is the best option for us , the elevator maintenance was below average everytime there is a issue in the lift and there is a issue of ceiling snd seepage in the flats
