I have been living in this society for 17 years. It is spacious, calm, and peaceful. Within 1 km, residents can access various amenities like hotels, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. The surroundings are hygienic, with frequent garbage collection. Construction-wise, there are no issues, and the flats receive direct sunlight. The amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, children's play area, and walking track, are well-maintained.
During peak hours, traffic congestion is a problem in the society. Residents face delays and difficulties navigating the roads.

Cabs are available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is good in the society. Power backup is also good in the society. People are very friendly, cooperative, and well-educated in the society. The ambiance is very good, and the view from the balcony is beautiful in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society on a daily basis. There is no pollution around the society.
The roads are not good in the society. Maintenance charges are expensive, around 6000 rupees in the society. The parking area is not good; there is not much space for parking in the society. The walking area is not good; there are too many vehicles going on the walking area in the society.
