This society is highly regarded for its excellent amenities and efficient management. The RWA is proactive and ensures that all residents' concerns are promptly addressed. There is ample space for walking, running, and playing, making it a beloved community for residents.

This society boasts convenient access to schools, colleges, metro, railway stations, school parks, and hospitals, offering excellent facilities. Additionally, there are no power cut issues, and the multiple parks within the society are well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment for residents.
Some areas of the buildings have poor fitting and plaster conditions, especially in certain corners of the rooms. Despite the high maintenance charge, the upkeep and maintenance standards are not satisfactory.

This society is relatively small with 8 towers spanning 13 floors each, offering spacious 3+ BHKs and a lower density of residents. Its prime location right on the Gurgaon-Sohna highway ensures excellent connectivity. With Vatika City on one side and a business park on the other, residents have convenient access to shops and restaurants. Additionally, the society features essential amenities such as a grocery store, salon, stationery store, and clubhouse with a gym and swimming pool.
The proximity to the highway results in traffic noise, and during jams, residents might find themselves blocked. Additionally, the ongoing construction of an underpass at Badshahpur chowk, which started in 2023, adds to the inconvenience. Due to the subpar management by Bestech, the maintenance of the society poses challenges, making it difficult to implement significant changes or new initiatives.

This place is fantastic! There's plenty of open green space and the apartments are really spacious. Plus, it's super easy to get to with its convenient location on Main Sohna Road.
The swimming pool and club are on the smaller side, and unfortunately, there's no lift access to the underground car park.

Although the society offers ample playing and walking areas for kids, the older construction could use some repairs. Nevertheless, it's still a great option for young parents due to its size and amenities.
Unfortunately, the society lacks connectivity with the metro and requires repairs due to its age. Additionally, the gym has outdated machines that need replacing, and during the rainy season, the surroundings of the society tend to get flooded.

The society is located in a posh area, and its residents are known for their decency and politeness. Security is top-notch, and the services provided are of high quality.
During the rainy season, some parts of the society experience water logging issues. Additionally, there can be noise disturbances from children playing.

Bestech Park View city is situated in the prime location of sector 48 in Gurugram, providing convenient access to major commercial and business centers in the city. It offers a variety of modern amenities and facilities, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, clubhouse, landscaped gardens, and more.
Residents mostly have positive views about this society, appreciating its amenities and environment. However, the main drawback is the limited connectivity with public transport, requiring residents to travel further to catch an auto or city bus.

This society is excellent, featuring a beautiful garden area and basic amenities such as a gym, pool, and park. The location is ideal, especially since my flat faces the garden area on the sixth floor. The room sizes, particularly the master bedroom, are spacious compared to the carpet area. The woodwork done by the owner is also commendable. With shops and a food court available within the society, convenience is ensured. Security is not an issue here. Overall, I would rate this society 95 out of 100.
Some of the outer walls of buildings appear dirty and neglected, and there are issues with the lift, although it functions adequately. Additionally, there are some road problems in the vicinity.

Living here is very clean and healthy, with nearby shops and a good locality. The connectivity is excellent with the metro, bus, and easy availability of autos and cabs. Plus, there are no issues with power cuts.
The area is bustling with lots of vehicles, and there's limited greenery. It's quite expensive to live here, and the connectivity with schools and offices isn't great. Additionally, the construction quality is not up to par.
