Good things here
Security system in the society is great like all the areas are under cctv survilance.Cleaniness is good like proper garbage collection in the society.Rooms of the apartment are spacious and isolated which enhances the privacy.Allocated parking area for owners and visitors in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity is just poor like auto cabs are not available near by the society.There is no local market near by the society as well.Whole building has leakage and seepage issues in the society and not resolving even after getting it fixed many time.Amenities are chargable and very costly for all the owners.even though celebration of the festivals has become bussiness in the society like all the festivals chargable in the society.

Good things here
Overall my experience in that society was really very good,All the modern amenities were there and eveything was fully maintained and tenants were also allowed.Security system was good,all the areas were under cctv survilance.time to time garbage collection is done in the society.Allocated parking space was there in the society for owners and visitors in the society.Construction quality was also up to the mark there were no issue regarding seepage in the society.Socialism was also great as all the festivals were celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Society is bit away from the city area so the connectivity was the concern at that period of time and even though cabs and all were also hard to approach near by the society.Power back up facilities were not there in the society.

Society has lots of greenry around and the climate is peaceful . society is well maintained and very clean

As far as we were there in that residency there were no cabs auto near by available and connectivity was the drawback and a person who dont have private vehicle cant connect to local market easily .

According to me it was mistake to own flat in this society,only one thing that i like is the water supply like we get good drinking water.
Things need improvement
Everything is pathatic in the society,locality is not good,bad construction quality ,leakage seepage issues are there,entire pipeline is blocked up..crowd of the people is not good and incorporative.Maintenance is poor and pathetic.

Good things here
This society is perfect to live in for family.One of the best society i lived till now even though bachelor's are also allowed.great maintenance system,all the amenities are very well maintained.every resident has 2 allocated parking.
Things need improvement
Power back up connections given only to the common area.visitors parking is outside the campus.

The society has maintained its amenities so well and all the amenities are in working condition.society's environment is neat and clean.high security system to resident.

Tenant has to pay extra to use amenities .build quality is poor,leakage and seepage issues inside the apartment.

Atmosphere of the society was very nice which is big plus point. Another plus point is all modern amenities like amphitheatre, library, conference room, inside restaurants, etc were available in the society. gym was built in 5000 square feet area which is very specious. Security wise it is very safe,no outsider were allow without the permission. “ lift me bhi securities rahete the” “log bohot acche se mil ke sab festivels celebrate krte the”
Things need improvement
The society location is very outside. there is very much issue of local transport. residents need to walk at least 1km for auto or bus from the society. “ local transport available nhi hota tha to hume main chuk se chal ke ana padata tha , us vajaha se raat me ladies our gents ko bhi safe nhi hota tha” there is forest area near to the society.

Ola,uber were easily available near by the society and even though the society owns a ambulance facilities in case of any emergency occures.All the modern amenities are there in the society and eveything is well maintained and functional .All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall good socialism in the society.Construction of the apartments is strong and steady no issues regarding anything.High security system ,verfication done on the entrance.
Things need improvement
There are no schools and hospitals near by the society.Amenities are not at free of cost you have to take membership to use them in the society.

Connectivity is great like auto cabs are easily approachable near by the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society.Build quality is geat like there is no issues regarding leakage seepage and termides,pesticides.Society is neat and clean overall good atmosphere in the society.

There is no railway station near by the society and managing commitee can work better to resolve any kind of issues that comes accross by the residents.

The construction quality of Lodha Belmondo society is excellent, and there are no issues with seepage. The amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, and park are well-maintained. All activities in the club house are conducted properly. The society is well-maintained overall, with minimal power cuts and timely services, which were promptly provided upon request.
Things need improvement
There was no public transport available around the society, so having a vehicle was necessary to go anywhere, otherwise it could be quite problematic.
