The road is clean, the society is clean, the people around are also good, everyone is in good class.

Things need improvement

the house of the society are too old hence when it rains,its become damp there should be some improvement

Security measures are robust with the presence of security guards, CCTV cameras, and fire extinguishers. Additionally, residents can enjoy amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and parks, all properly maintained and functional. The friendly and cooperative community adds to the overall appeal of living in the society.

Things need improvement

The road quality surrounding the area leads to major traffic congestion and waterlogging, particularly during the rainy season. Additionally, occasional issues with water supply and electricity, especially in the summer months, are common throughout Gurgaon. Construction quality within the society is average, with frequent issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. However, it's important to note that these are common challenges in many residential areas. Despite these drawbacks, it's worth mentioning that there is no swimming pool available within the society, which may be a consideration for some residents seeking such amenities.

This society is truly fantastic, boasting exceptional facilities. The residents here are incredibly friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand. With its gated setup, residents can rest assured knowing that there's vigilant security present around the clock, ensuring comprehensive surveillance.

Things need improvement

While this society is undeniably beautiful, it's worth noting that both the maintenance and rent can be quite steep. However, aside from these factors, there are no other negatives detracting from its appeal.

Good things here

Construction quality is good. People are very co-operative and very positive minded. Every festival celebrate like a family in the society. Amenities are well-maintaied.

Things need improvement

The water tanks are not cleaning properly. Connectivity is not good. Have to be improved cleaning outside the society.

The society's green area is impeccably maintained, featuring a 800 m ring road perfect for daily jogs. Homes facing the garden provide a pleasant view. Convenient shops are available within the society. The active RWA organizes various events, adding to the community spirit.

Construction is ongoing on the road outside the society, and water logging occurs in certain areas during rains. Due to the society's age, some homes may have older constructions that haven't been renewed.

During my nearly 2-year stay in Nikon 1, I've experienced several positive aspects. The campus boasts lush greenery, providing a refreshing environment. There are various playing areas catering to different interests, ensuring ample opportunities for recreation. Additionally, the convenience of having restaurants, daily needs shops, and fresh produce available within the society enhances the overall living experience. The beautifully designed and well-maintained Club House area adds to the charm of the community. Moreover, the reliable lifts, regular cleaning inside the building, and ample parking space contribute to the convenience and comfort of residents.

Things need improvement

Nikon 1, while offering some positive features, also presents several significant challenges. The poor connectivity to the main city, hospitals, schools, and malls creates inconvenience for residents. Moreover, the condition of Thanisandra road, a crucial route to the society, is severely lacking in maintenance. Residents have reported encountering rude and non-transparent behavior from the building maintenance staff, which detracts from the overall experience. Additionally, the high maintenance costs further burden residents financially, making it less appealing as a place to live.

The society lacks connectivity with the metro and requires repairs due to its aging structure. The gym has outdated machines that need replacement, and during the rainy season, the surroundings of the society tend to get flooded.

The location presents challenges such as limited metro connectivity, with the nearest station, HUD City Center, being over 15 kilometers away. Additionally, the maintenance charges are perceived to be on the higher side.
