Good things here

We can easily find cab nearby. Streetlights are well lit after 9pm. As far as know there is no such history of crime according to me. Yes I feel same here in my locality. School, malls and good restaurants are nearby only.

This is a budget friendly and fully equipped society with all the amenities. Being on the Thanisandra road it enjoys the availability but have high noise levels at the same time.

Banaswadi offers a good living experience and neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Lots of houses and plots here for sale and overall connectiity is good. Only thing is that metro station at Baiyappanahalli is a little stretch but not much though.

A little time and Banaswadi will develop swiftly since there is the Outer Ring Road nearby and this helps us connect to several places in Bangalore. Otherwise all necessary social amenities are there and one can easily access them.

Good locality and lots of options for commuting to IT hubs in the surrounding areas. Prime property options in several stretches although garbage disposal needs to be looked at carefully as well.

I feel that Banaswadi is a good living option in general. Why I am saying this is because the neighborhood is developing fast and there is good connectivity to my workplace also in Marathahalli. That is a big plus point of the area.

This area is very well connected to the other major parts of South Bangalore, like Kalyan nagar and Ulsoor. The transportaion facilities are good in this area as autos, cabs and buses are available throughout the day. Roads are maintained well in certain parts.

Banaswadi is a very good locality. It has good hospitals and schools around. Metro station is quite far away from this place. Pollution in this area is generally on the higher side and thus needs to be controlled and the roads should be maintained properly.

The area is very close to the outer ring road and that makes life easy for most of the IT employees who are employeed nearby. The area is well maintained and there are good shops around to meet your daily needs and requirements.

Its a good place to stay but the traffic jams are terrible around 7 pm in the evening. There are frequent power cuts during the day time and the streets also should be monitored using more CCTV cameras as recent records show a rise in petty thefts in the area.

The area is located in the centre of the city and so it's well connected with the other important cities around. There are famous schools, hospitalsa dn shopping markets around. Ground water facilities are excellent. You can live a healthy and safe life her.
