This is one of the most premium zones in Chennai and living here is actually quite comfortable as well. The traffic issue is also quite problematic at times. However, metro connectivity and proximity to leading workplace hubs are big plus points.

Commuting from here is quite easy for me and locality offers all the necessary amenities also. Anna Nagar only issue is that there is some high traffic volume during the peak hours. That is the only thing that had to say. Rest is all very good.

The area is witnessing good development and being a premium area in Chennai, is also appreciating well. Hence, you should consider it like I and my family did. Overall infrastructure is good also, with proximity to major roads as well.

Anna Nagar is a well-developed and established locality. Good thing is that it has its own metro station and that helps people like me reach office on time and quickly at that. Overall experience of staying here has been worth it.

Public transportation facilties is quite good in this locality. We dont face traffic jams even in peak hours in our area. Parking spaces however, are a bit limited and should be increased. Parks and the road need to be well maintained.

The area is good but its very pricy. You have grovery shops and markets around but the cost of living in this particular area is a bit high. You have bus stops everywhere and public transport is available throughout the day.

Very good locality with all the basic amenities, be it schools, hospitals, markets, etc. The ground water facility in this locality is very good. Koyambedu is just a kilometre away so travelling to different districts or places wont be a problem anymore for us.

The locality is good but the roads are very poorly maintained. During rainy seasons, we struggled a lot to get rid of the water and multiple potholes were formed that led to the risk of severe accidents, but other than that, the locality is very safe and clean.

The area is well maintained with trees and parks. Ambience is very peaceful and all fhe basic facilities lke railway station, hospital, schools are available. The locality has good metro connectivity as well. Overall a very good place to stay in the city.
