Good things here

When i lived there the connectivity was okay; like public transport are available nearby the society. The construction quality is up to the mark because no issues such as seepage in the society, Many indoor/outdoor activities are done in the society. Sometimes there is a issue of waterlogging but it is resoloved by the maintenance department of the society. All amenities are there but never used, So have no update about it.

This society is very big and clean and well maintained. There is never any shortage of electricity and water.society maintenance charges is normal.Taxi cab facility is available from here. All necessary items are available this society. medical facility is good. Parking facility is also available here. Security guard is also present here for protection.

Good things here

A very well gated community with an ample space to take a breathe .The society common areas within building are fitted with 24*7 functioning AC'S , and power back up . The apartment has aravalli view and has a basket ball court, swimming pool, cricket nets. The clubs are well maintained with an excellent gym, restaurants, wedding halls and meeting rooms.

The only disadvantage is the lack of available public transport . The only way to get transport is ola and uber . To get the metro you would need an auto till metro station since the society is little inside phase 5 area.

Public transport like autos, cabs and metro are available near the society. Lift, CCTV, gym, swimming pool, club house and other ameneties are available, no seepage or leakage issues. The community is very nice and people are friendly. Internet and network connectivity is also available.

The best part of this society is connectivity like, this society has nearby railway station and bus stops, schools and hospitals. And bachelors are allowed in the society and as such no additional charges are being taken from them

The society has top notch transport facility, metro was available, E- Rickshaws were available for transport nearby. CCTV camera, lifts were available and were functional. Water was available 24 hours. Plumber, electricians and others use to come and they provided good services. Social life of the society was really happening, festivals were celebrated together. Swimming pool, gyms and other amenities were available. Overall the facilities were great.

The people of the society are not that cooperative and friendly. Festivals are not celebrated together. The social life of the society is not that happening.
