Good things here
Living in my residential society is truly a delightful experience. I appreciate the convenience of having my own parking slot and the well-maintained roads outside that prevent any waterlogging issues. The timely garbage collection ensures cleanliness, while the meticulously tended garden areas offer a peaceful retreat. I never have to worry about water or electricity supply disruptions, and the presence of emergency fire exits adds an extra layer of safety. The availability of recreational facilities like the gym, swimming pool, and park enriches my leisure time. With a robust security system and friendly neighbors, I feel secure and connected. Plus, the vibrant community spirit, where we come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events, enhances the sense of belonging. And as a pet owner, I'm grateful for the pet-friendly environment that allows me to share my home with my furry companion. Overall, living here is truly fulfilling and enriching.
Things need improvement
The maintainance is not good in the society, maintainance issues are faced as sociery is not kept clean regularly. Sometimes issues that arise takes time to be resolved by the society. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Damps in the walls happens now and then. Rooms are not properly ventilated as we have south facing flat proper sunlight is not received in rooms, this problem is faced during winter times as we don't receive proper sunlight. Jogging tracks can be improved and maintained. There is no CCTV cameras installed in the lifts. Lift is available but not maintained properly, flooring and lights needs to be fixed. Sometimes network issues are faced. Paintings are not done on time. Sometimes Stray dog issues are faced in the society.
