Staying since 2.5years ,it’s been a wonderful experience here,per friendly and the residents here are also good
The road near the entrance will be jam during peak hours,mainly during evening when coming back home

The main door lock system is also commendable for its security. Furthermore, the society has excellent connectivity, because of its advantageous location. Within a 2.5km radius, residents have easy access to essential facilities such as international schools, hospitals, numerous supermarkets, and banks. Additionally, the proximity of the metro station is just 1km away. Within the society premises, residents enjoy various amenities including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and well-maintained play areas. Hygiene is diligently upheld through effective maintenance practices. Moreover, residents benefit from an uninterrupted 24/7 water supply and reliable electricity.
The society's location is prime because there are a lot of markets located nearby, leading to significant traffic, especially during business hours.

Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available on the main road of the society. The water facility is very good in the society. Power backup is also good in the society. Ventilation is very good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Schools are within a walkable distance from the society. Parking space is very spacious in the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. Cleaning is very good in the society.
The construction quality is not good in the society. There are some seepage issues in the bathrooms. Public transportation like buses is not available nearby the society. The roads are not good in the society.

Public transportation like buses is available within a walkable distance of less than 1 km from the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a visitors parking area. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, badminton court, and table tennis are maintained well in the society. There is also a mini function hall in the society to celebrate any occasions.
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Roads are not good in the society; there are many cracks on the roads. Construction quality is poor because there are many cracks on walls and numerous seepages in bathrooms, which is inconvenient.

The best decision I have taken in my life is buying a flat in SNN Raj. It has all the necessary facilities including a clubhouse and dining space. The view from the terrace is amazing. I am highly satisfied as the city is much closer and you can access almost everything from this place. The flat is highly maintained and has 7 buildings of 2BHK and 3BHK sections. All the flats are in ready to move condition. The 4 acres area has not only amenities but also encompass the beauty of nature.

It has luxurious 2BHK and 3BHK flats. The A and D towers are still under construction. Apart from this, the flats are highly maintained and have a decent location. The area is a bit noisy as it is in the centre of the city. But the area is connected with the main road along with daily markets. Other facilities like parking space, security system, rainwater harvesting to save water are noteworthy. There is a space for kids too. For adults, there is a gym and playgrounds. Access to schools, medical stores and transportation are reliable

It is located in Bengaluru. The location is decent with beautiful surroundings. I purchased an apartment a few days back in this area. The flats are spacious with good maintenance. The ventilation is wonderful with basic amenities. The location is actually in the middle of the city so the ambience feels good. My overall experience was fine. The sales team was very helpful throughout the process. They solved all my queries and guided me all throughout. I am happy to buy a flat and would recommend this.
