Good things here

The living space is spacious and eco-friendly, boasting a huge clubhouse and garden. The neighborhood is friendly, and everything feels luxurious. The abundance of greenery enhances the climate, creating an awesome atmosphere. With shops within the society, purchasing essentials is hassle-free, and the ample parking space is a definite plus.

Things need improvement

Despite being located on the outskirts and away from the heart of the city, the amenities, including the garden and clubhouse, are excellent. Connectivity to stations and airports might be a bit of a challenge, but the high-quality amenities justify the relatively higher budget and maintenance costs. Overall, it's a worthwhile investment for the value it offers.

Good things here

It's a well-maintained, green, and beautiful society, with upcoming connectivity to Mumbai Metro Services. Residents don't face any issues with power or water supply. Laundry services are conveniently available within the society, and nearby grocery shops and pharmacies offer home delivery. The flats are well-lit and properly ventilated. Security is top-notch with security guards stationed at entry and exit points, along with CCTV cameras for added safety. Additionally, good hospitals and schools are located nearby for added convenience.

Things need improvement

During peak hours, heavy traffic is common when heading towards the western suburbs, but this issue is expected to improve significantly once Metro Services commence. However, some roads near the society are not well-maintained, particularly worsening during the rainy season. Additionally, the maintenance charges in this society are slightly higher. Despite these challenges, overall, the society has many positive aspects with not many negative points to mention.

i want to live in lodha. lotha is very beutiful building. in lodha beutiful garden and play area and more space for parking. in lodha's building demand is more and in future lodhas demand is more. lodhas society is very beutiful

Good things here

The society boasts an impressive array of amenities, including swimming pools, an outdoor kids' play area, a treehouse, a cricket ground, a sports arena, and a jogging/walking track zone. Additionally, there are facilities for picnics, barbecues, and parties, as well as social and meeting spaces with cabanas and seating. For relaxation, there's a reading area, a senior citizen corner, and a reflexology path. There's even a designated area for pets. The water facilities are excellent, with round-the-clock supply, and CCTV cameras are installed throughout the premises for added security.

I'm not fond of the language used by some people in the society, and I find the roads to be unclean. The maintenance charges are quite high, and ongoing construction in some areas is a bit inconvenient. Traffic jams within the society are also an issue, and unfortunately, there's no metro connectivity in my area. Potholes in the roads are another concern, and some pets in the area are not friendly.

The building boasts excellent infrastructure, with high-level security including cameras placed at every corner and vigilant security guards. Good things here

The building is exceptionally nice and impeccably maintained. The residents are disciplined, and the society is kept very clean and hygienic. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, and comfortable. Additionally, there's a large swimming pool and playground within the building premises.

Lodha Sterling is a well-maintained gated community located conveniently close to Thane, a bustling hub near Mumbai City. The building offers a plethora of amenities, such as a gym, clubhouse, spacious playgrounds, swimming pool, and access to a renowned international school and 24-hour hospitals nearby.

Residential flats in the high-end Lodha Sterling complex are competitively priced, ranging from Rs. 1.20 crore to Rs. 4.85 crore. Public transportation is excellent. There is plenty of covered parking for residents and visitors. The flats' construction quality is impeccable, which is the best part. Another benefit that makes you feel safer here is security, which is especially important for children and girls. In the immediate vicinity, there are several shops and stores.
