Good things here
The society offers well-maintained amenities, including multiple play areas for children, a swimming pool, a badminton court, and a gym, all of which are consistently kept hygienic. Additionally, there are ample parking options available. Residents of the society come together to celebrate various festivals, such as Navaratri, Ganesh Chaturthi, and other Hindu festivals. Residents have never encountered any water-related issues. The society enjoys good connectivity, with several schools and hospitals located in the vicinity. Within the community, all necessities including groceries and vegetables are readily available.
Things need improvement
I moved out of that society. During my time there, the only problem was with electricity. The management collected extra charges for power backup, but the power backup system was not efficient.

The residents are friendly and helpful, celebrating festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi and Holi together. Everything, including public transport, supermarkets, shopping malls, and hospitals, is within walking distance. The construction quality is good in the pollution-free area, with new buildings and security provided by CCTV cameras and guards.

Residents often face water shortages and frequent power outages, which disrupt daily routines. These challenges highlight the need for infrastructure improvements to ensure reliable utility services for residents' comfort.

The location is exceptional, offering residents easy access to public transport, supermarkets, shopping malls, clinics, and grocery stores. The surroundings are well-maintained and hygienic, with no construction issues. The residents are friendly and celebrate festivals like Dussehra, Holi, and Sankranti.
Things need improvement
Sometimes, there are water issues during the summer months. Additionally, amenities like the gym may break down, requiring time-consuming repairs to fix, causing inconvenience to residents.

Good things here
I moved out of this society during my time there. Maintenance of the society is excellent, such as a 24/7 water supply and a generator facility for electricity. Cleanliness is excellent, with regular garbage collection. The construction quality of the buildings is good, with regular painting occurring. Amenities like a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, park, walking tracks, grocery store, and play areas are available and easily accessible to everyone. The community of the society organizes programs and events often and celebrates all the festivals together.
Things need improvement
The connectivity of the society lacking due to limited infrastructure around the community, there are no major hospitals or metro stations near the community.

I moved out of this community approximately three years ago. During my time there, most aspects were satisfactory. The maintenance department efficiently handled cleaning services and residents' complaints. The community's connectivity was excellent, with schools, hospitals, markets, and shopping malls conveniently located within a 1 to 2-kilometer radius. Additionally, amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, play areas for children, and parking facilities were well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The flat sizes in this community were small, and the electricity bills were also very expensive, with charges collected every week around 5000.
